While I was walking I began to think how come my room didn't become into ruins? As I thought I heard footsteps on a fast paste. Turning around I saw a monster. It looked like a demon with no eyes, and a mouth full with blood dripping down to the floor. I ran as fast as I could ,but the demon cached up to me. And made it's jump like a grasshopper knocking me down with a big thud. Trying to bite me I pushed his face away from me, but had a tight grip with his monkey hands and feet. Acting fast I used my left hand to reach the stick right next to me while the other pushed demon away from my face. I swung as hard as I can on the things back ,but horridly heard a loud scream of horror with crackling
Before I even saw it coming, the creature swung at me as it sent me back ten feet across the room. The thing slowly walked towards me with a chain in its left hand. I could tell that its movement was not very fast because of the colossal arm that weighed it down. Without thinking, I quickly got to my feet with my hand on the back of my head that was now dripping blood faster than a rapid river. I ran for the door, as the creature moved towards me with a deformed grin on its monstrous face. Once I reached the door, I was now facing multiple routes that I could take through the asylum. I had to think speedily because the creature was almost in swinging range. I then turned left hoping that it was not a dead end to give me time to recover before trying to escape this hell hole. As I ran in this condition, it seemed as if I will always be in the range of the
I didn’t learn how to read until 2ed grade.Beacuse parents divorced my dad would take me to school some days and my mom would take me others. Little did I know my mom would drink and get high after I went to bed at night. In the morning she would sleep in with a hangover so I got dressed and ready on my own. She would not wake till 11:00 so I would play dolls and watch cartoons all morning. Because of this, I missed about 30% of grades K-3. In 3ed grade me and my dad and stepmom learned of my moms addiction. I stopped seeing my mom for a long time. During that time I discovered the joy of reading. I started later than the others so I ended up at a low reading level but once I learned to read, well, I never stopped.Stories are
The demon was just your typical run of the mill demon, but he was fast..unusually fast, and that’s what had taken you by surprise. You stealthily crept through the window of the abandoned farmhouse, careful not to make any noise whatsoever. You entered through a room that looked as if it had once belonged to a little girl. You paused for a moment taking in the scene around you, there was a small pink table with plastic china sitting atop it. At first glance you didn’t think much of it, until something told you to look again. Upon your second look, you noticed the tiny bloody handprints that wrapped around the plastic. You took a sharp inhale of breath and decided it was time to move on. You quickly and quietly walked over to the door frame and peeked around the corner, hoping no demons would jump out in front of you. Satisfied with hearing and seeing nothing you took a step out into the hall and continued until you found stairs leading upwards. You hesitated for a moment, considering whether or not you were actually going to go up the steps or not when you heard a
A significant compromise that I have made would be deciding to forgive my mother for kicking me out in order to live with her again. When I was about 15 years old, me and my mother got into an argument that ended with her dropping me off at my grandmother's door and driving off. I was upset and just asked my grandmother if I could stay, she would do this a lot so I assumed that she was not serious. About a week later she brought over my bed and my clothes. I had realized that she was serious and did not want me back home. A few months later I found a stray dog being thrown off a car in the freeway so I decided to get it. My aunt, who I was also living with, told me that there were no dogs allowed at her home so we drove to PetSmart. They were
When my eyes roll open it immediately surges through my being. The insatiable desire to get more of V. My body groans, feelings as though it was thrashed by wild animals. My mind fighting to function it feels like it’s just moving through molasses. I feel like I had my heart broken thousands of times over. I go onto procure my day’s first taste of V. I get the first taste of it very early in my morning the mere taste allows my body to untighten. My mind feels a great clarity surge through it. My heart set back at ease. These feelings though, amazing, are short lived as V clears from my system.
Malia gasped for breath as Dominic wrapped his arms around her shoulders. Her hands coming up to grip hold of his hands as if afraid they would leave her at any moment. And loosing him now meant loosing her ability to breath. He was like air, forcablly filling her lungs and pushing life back into her shaking body. It was his fault she was feeling this, but he was the reason she felt strong enough to face it all.
The officer had me answer way too many questions making that day far worse than it needed to be he made me give a description of the killer and an overall summary of what had happened.
My eyes drooped before finally sealing themselves closed. It only lasted for a second thought, as a bright light and a small pop, followed by his shriek of terror, brightened my eyes to open back up. Another flash of light popped next to me, then another. The man pushed off of my back leaving my body on the ground in a broken mess. I gasped for air like a maniac. My chest burned with each breath I took, but at this point I embraced it each time with my uncontrollable desperation for air. I watched as the bits of light continued to hit the ground. The once malicious demon now ran off in front of me, swiping his top hat with his free hand as he made his escape. Following him were the flashes of light on the ground. Shortly after the man ran past the arch of dead trees and disappeared into the unknown the sound of pattering footsteps emerged from behind me. Whispers were made as I began to calm my breathing. I couldn’t understand what they were saying as they tried to keep their voices away from me. One of the set of footsteps made their way around to the front of me before I shut my eyes again. Once the footsteps became silent the presence of a palm pressed gently onto my neck. The feeling of warmth and softness quickly flowed through my body, warming up the death and despair from before with hope and hospitality. It laid there for a while before pulling itself away from me. A voice raised itself up to speak but was quickly silenced by
Even as a child, my active imagination manifested into the creative outlet of storytelling. Before I found that calling, however, I followed suit of many my age with an imaginary friend. His name was Brownie, my faithful and loving equestrian companion. I also liked to take all sorts of artistic mediums, crayons and markers and colored pencils, and doodle all over colored paper, creating abstract drawings of animals and family photos.
I heard a loud noise that was like yelling, but not a human yell more like a grunt of a wild hog a really big hog. tight after he stopped yelling, I was trapped in this hallway full of black darkness with this thing in front of me. A very cold villainous metal hit my head and before I could run Zap. my legs wobbled so much they touched the ground my arms like they had no bones flying in the air. I felt like a person that tried so hard to get something, then got disappointed to the point I didn't want to move. which was what was happening, I tried so hard to fight it but I couldn't.
''Wasn't that amazing or what?'' excitedly shouted Cisco as he entered the hall, closely followed by a very emotionally tired, but happy, Sara who was glad that they were able to get the job done.
It was a sunny day, but I was shivering from fear. While the rest of my family was getting into their scuba gear, I was composing a silent prayer to God.
As my mom drove up to the new school, I felt my heart begin to beat rapidly. "Mom I can't do this." I looked at her with almost tears in my eyes. "Em, you're going to be fine, okay? You're a sweet and beautiful girl and sometimes, you can be a bitch, but that's not a bad thing." She said with a smile. I laughed a little and kissed her on the cheek and hugged her. I then opened the door and took a deep breath. Here we go.
It had green gooey spots all over its body. Out of nowhere, I heard a bang that came off its leg leaping one step. When he took that one step forward, the puddles of water in its mouth fell off and hit the ground so hard it, camouflaged in the dark blue concentrate. As he took one step forward, I took one back. That one step backwards, damaged me because I got scratched badly from 3 sharp, puny, cans. I didn’t even see them, when I took that one step back, as they the blue like the concentrate, so they blended in. Blood was gushing out from my palm because that’s how colossal the scratch was. As I turned around after curing my scratch, with a piece of cloth, that was lying around. The monster gained so many steps against me. That’s when was I scared the most. I stood up very slowly, using my knees to pull me up. I ambled gradually to a light that I saw in the distance. After a few steps, I twisted around to see if the monster is still there or if he was following me. But I didn’t see anything, which was very unusual, all I saw was the black brick wall, however, the wall very different, as if it was like something was in it. But then I saw something very familiar and that was the monster’s red eyes. I carried on walking as if I didn’t see
After what seemed like a long day, Ryder was finally given time to himself. Of course, it wasn’t a lot of time because birthday insured cake and ice cream time, but Ryder was able to unwind from all the stress built up from this special day. He was sitting at his desk, pressed up against the wall under the window that looked out at the front of his house, and he had his light on- only giving so much light in the room. The sun was coming down too, which Ryder thought was the perfect opportunity to write in his journal.
