She follows the noise to a door and walks in. On the bed, she sees a small boy, curled up in a ball. She walks over and picks him up. Pearl asks the child if he has any siblings; he answers no. She then darts downstairs and outside, with Rafael and Nora right behind her. The fire is put out, but the house looks like it might tumble to the ground. “Wow.” Danny says with a troubled look. “What's wrong dad?” Becca asks. “Nothing, sweetie. Just brings back some memories.” Danny says with a frown. Danny and the kids walk to the elevator. “What floor is our room on dad?”, asks Mark. Danny opens the card with the room information and stares at it blankly. “Umm… floor 2, room 237.”, Danny says scarcely. Mark clicks the floor number 2 and looks up at his dad nervously. The elevator moved up to floor 2 slowly and made a ding noise when it got to floor 2. Danny, Mark, Louise, and Becca all walked quietly to the room with their luggage. Although she was shaken up she kept it quiet and asked for a head phone. She drowned out her feeling with the sound of a soft purring tune. As she was drifting off into the cold space she caught a glimpse of Isaac coming down the stairs from his apartment. She was fidgeting with her headphones and was ready to get up and leave the neighborhood. He came down by the time she was saying her goodbyes. He asked, “Leaving so early? Are you mad?” She answered undeniably, “No, why would I be mad? I’m completely fine.” She mentioned she had somewhere to get to. He offered her a thrill ride home since it was getting dark, but she insisted on
