Personal Narrative: Have I Broken My Arm

when I was about 5 I broke my arm pretty badly and didn't know what

I fell. This felt like I didn’t have a wrist. But I got back up really carefully and went up to the lounge to my dad and sister. Ah, Ah, Dad I think I broke my wrist. No you didn’t. It was swelling up, It hurt so bad I couldn’t even believe this was happening.

Have you ever felt the pain and misery of breaking a bone or maybe two. Well, I have I broke my wrists snowboarding in 6th grade and I had many challenges along with it. After I felt the terrible, unbearable, pain of breaking two bones. After breaking my wrists the rest of the day was terrible. I couldn't eat supper that night and I also couldn't sleep.

and i was worried that i would get blood all over it. My friends took me home where my mom just got home from work. They helped me limp into my house. Then i remember having my mom ask me what happened and i couldn't. She would ask them but they couldn't think of what happened.

I remember when I broke my arm and I hated it. It was the worst thing that happened to me in my whole entire life. I felt angry, sad, and disappointed. I was always helped, never could do anything on my own. I always had to put my arm up on a pillow and this why I don’t ever go on a scooter anymore.

I woke up and there was layers of layers of bandages on my arm. I asked my mom what happened and she told me the whole story. I was blown away with what my mom told me. From this day on I am always careful with what i do and how i should listen to

I left the doctor’s office feeling like raindrops on a widow, sad. My pinkie was broke, and breaking my pinkie made me wake up and realize that we should be more careful with the human body. We get one body per life, so we should take care of it more than what we do.

I broke my arm at a birthday party, let me explain! So, first Mom and I went in my Mom's car to leave, we go and were lost. We stop to figure out where to go. We figure out where to go and were on our merry ways!

When I woke up this morning I felt a presentiment and before I know it my left arm was numb! It just started out as malaise like then bam numbness! I was so surprised by this I became maladroit! I called my ancillary friend Matt to help me figure out what was going on with my arm. At first Mike thought I was trying to be skullduggery towards him. After I told him I wasn’t tricking him, he rushed over to help! Mike was trying to atone for his mistake by bringing soup with. Mike was making soup while I asking Siri questions about my arm. There was a very malador smell coming from my kitchen. Mike finished making the soup and that’s when I realized that the soup was the reason my house started smelling. I felt bad

I had waited for my mom to arrive at to the school and when she did the nurse had brought me to the car in a wheelchair. We went to prompt care for it, was the closest doctor’s office and they had said that my wrist was broken and I needed to go to the “main” doctor’s office. When we had got there we had made a date to go into surgery and they had re-done my cast and we were on are way. I had waited for the date of the surgery and when it came I was very nervous, but I got out of the surgery fine and then I later got my cast off and felt

As she grabbed my hand, my hand twisted around, and after a second, at least what it felt like, you could hear an annoying voice of a baby crying, except this wasn’t for a toy, this was pain. My parents rushed me to the hospital emergency care, what it felt like was less than a minute. The doctor said we have to do an x-ray before we can determine anything. After a while, the doctor replied in a shocking treatment. The doctor said, “ I will try to twist his hand back, but if it doesn’t work it will need surgery.” He started to twist my hand. I could feel a surge of pain strike through my body, but then it was over, my hand was back.

The weird part: I didn`t cry. I just remember screaming as loudly as I possibly could as my friends rushed to me and called my parents. I heard gasps, as people tried not to stare at my instantly bruised elbow turning purple and blue. As I was rushed into an ambulance, I could see the worry in my parents sorry eyes, and didn’t know what to do. Once we arrived at the intimidating hospital, with people on gearnies being rolled around all over the first floor, the doctor came to me after what felt like a year. They rolled me to a dark, secluded room where they x-rayed my elbow. I was rolled back and put on medicine that relieved the pain, and put me to sleep, which after all three doses, still barely worked.

Today i will be writing about who I broke my arm. People always thought that i was active hardheaded and challenging and more active now let’s get to the story... I ask my mom if I could go play outside but she said no so i ask her why and she said because it is raining.I was kind of down so I went in my mom room and watch tv so i watch a tv show called I Carly but after 30 minutes it was over so i got bored nothing that i like was on tv so i went to see if the rain stop but before i even went check i heard thunder and saw lightning so then i knew it still was raining.

After I felt the big snap in my elbow I somehow got up as fast as I can and started to hold my. I started to cry because I was in so much pain. I ran to coach Kristen, she didn’t know what happened because she was helping someone else. She asked me “What happened ?” but I wasn’t able to tell her because I was overwhelmed with pain. After a few minutes I calmed down and was able to tell her what happened. “I was doing a bridge back and when my arms hit the ground I felt a snap in my elbow.” I said with tears coming down my face.

Honestly , it was my first time going to the Accident and Emergency department i was scared and worried about what will happen to my wrist and how will my parents react .While my teacher was doing all the registration i sat there in state of shock . It was really a blessing having my best friend by my side comforting me and constantly telling me everything will be alright . I was then called to do some X-RAYS before consulting the doctor . My parents finally came and just right it was my turn to consult the doctor , my mother then went in together with me . The doctor was then examining my X-RAYS that i took before consulting him . My heart was beating very very fast as I am a right hander and i need my right hand to do many things . Finally the doctor spoke , he said that there was no obvious or major fractures shown in my X-RAYS but i have to put an temporary cast on my hand. He then referred me to a specialist at KK Children Bone Specialist to ensure there was no hairline fracture or any small minor fractures .
