I recently referred a friend ,Jake Oswald, to Logistics Technician positions here. I am in a bit of a dilemma in that he already applied and didn't see a spot to put a reference name on his applications I would like to make sure i can still get credit . I was unaware of the new procedure at the time of myself sending him the job requisitions. I did try to follow the new way and I got an error message seeing as he has already made a profile and submitted. He may apply for more positions as well and I am reaching out to you because I want to ensure I get the referral credit if he is brought on board. Any help would be greatly

Working in retail for the last two years, I had many run-ins of becoming angry and frustrated. I have experienced many frustrating moments working behind customer service.
Hello Andrew! Thank you for your service, Marine! What influenced you to choose Infantryman as your MOS? It’s great that you’re taking steps to improve your skills to be an asset in your business. What type of business do you have?
I realized during my Compass 1 class that I have an interest in consulting. We had just finished looking at our CareerLeader reports, and my personality traits and career ambitions seemed to point toward consulting as a solid career choice. After looking into it, I knew that it was something I wanted to get a taste of. I did some hunting for consulting internships, and also looked through the Kelley website for consulting clubs and organizations. I found a summer internship at an analytics consulting firm near Austin, TX, and found 180 Degrees Consulting as the perfect organization to get involved in at Kelley and to gain some consulting experience. I have always enjoyed giving others advice, and find great satisfaction in seeing people go
During the completion of my field experience, I was able to concentrate on the growth and development of myself professionally. Amidst the many positive experiences I gained working between experience professionals, I was also able to acquire and enhance my own teaching skills. For me the experience was an eye opener, being a future educator with little experience I was able to gain many details and exposures to the many useful resources parent have within the community. After being in several different community resources I was afforded a noble benefit from the knowledge gained from the professionals I met and the parents they serviced.
Many years ago I was a lead on a manufacturing line. One of our teammates was deaf. When we had our start-up meeting I would type up what I was going to say to the team so we gave her the communication she deserved. I did this for all, team meetings and we also hired a person to conduct sign language during the plant quarterly meetings. The problem we had, was she always came into work late, which violated the company rules. We gave her verbal warnings and write up and eventually let her go. The problem with this termination, she tried to sue the company for not following ADA legal obligations. This was my first time dealing with company lawyers and a case of this magnitude. I am glad I documented all of the communication I shared with this
I have worked as a heavy equipment operator for different companies since graduating high school, and have been laid off since last December. Back in 2007 Katelin had a successful open heart surgery to correct an atrial septal defect, however they did not correct her mitral valve prolapse, she regular sees her pediatric cardiologist and has prescription medications to treat the effects of it. Early last May, after the CPS put Katelin with Jamie, I rented a house for Katelin and Jamie to live in because Jamie did not have a home of her own and was just living with some people she knows. I also now pay Jamie's bills. Last June, after school let out Jamie quit her job at Little Caesars Pizza because she did not have anybody that could watch Katelin because the CPS is very restrictive as to who can be with Katelin. I have asked Tim a number of times since
Every day that I work I typically head in about 45 minutes early, that way when I arrive I have plenty of time to get my opening side work done, write down the night time specials and anything else that I have to do before my shift starts. In the past I have not done this and have been bombarded with table after table all while trying to get my opening work done. This caused me to become stressed, irritable, overwhelmed and can result in myself making mistakes with a tables order. By arriving early I have eliminated the aversive stimuli resulting in better customer service (which results in me receiving better tips) and a much more pleasant mood throughout my shift.
I am an Admissions Clinician at a private psychiatric hospital and residential treatment center in the Oklahoma City area. I currently work with ages 5+, including women with an extensive history of trauma. While working with people and families in crisis I found that I enjoy working with children and adolescents, especially the population that other clinicians loathe (children with aggressive behavior, etc.). This work is challenging and emotionally consuming at times. Due to the cognitive and emotional requirements of working inpatient, I decided to decrease my hours during the week to focus on more on being successful in the doctoral program. I also preform administrative work for a behavioral health non-profit in Virginia as needed. Working
As my role as a member of the group, what was done was Adding on to others' points, and needed improvement was my role work. Adding on to others' points was done well due to the amount of effort was given in finding connections with their points and mine, then eventually either stating text evidence to add on to their opinions or stating my idea and how it adds
For this professional responsibility interview, I interviewed Allen Morgan, my dad. On September 22, I visited home and interviewed him. At his work, he faced a dilemma in which he manager two individuals who did not work well together. They did not respect one another and it reached the point of them verbally mocking each other. Each individual approached him to issue complaints against the other person. In this case, professional responsibility was at the forefront. The problem: managing professional workplace relationships without any bias.
As an undergraduate, I became an emergency medical technician to gain some firsthand exposure to the field as a healthcare provider. Communication as it related to patient care and transparency in healthcare would be a recurring theme at many of the institutions I was able to gain experience in. Chief among these experiences would be an illegal ordeal that took place while shadowing a nephrologist during the summer of my senior year. As I would come to learn during this time, commercial transplants were not uncommon among patients with end-stage renal disease. I still found myself stunned when, during an ED consult, we were confronted with a patient who refused to have the rejected renal graft removed after having had it transplanted at an
I’m working part-time at a fast food joint and holy fuck, you and your friends just came to order stuff and oh no I have this huge fat crush on you because you’re always so nice to everyone and to me, I hope you don’t notice the fear in my Customer Service Smile™.
Something that I really don’t enjoy to hear, and have to do. Is my parents telling me to do something multiple times. Because it is annoying, distracting, and frustrating in some cases. I’m sure kids, mostly teenagers, can relate to what I’m about to say.
