From my own personal experience, I can tell you that before my birth, there was absolutely nothing. Human beings are arrogant in that way, because they believe that the sun rises and the earth rotates, for their enjoyment alone. I can safely say that I am no exception. I like to think that my birth foreshadows my life, because after all, it started with a big bang. To start off, I was not born in America, but rather, in the too-hot-to-be-comfortable country of Bangladesh. Despite being born on the 23rd of December, the day was rather sunny. Oh, and I nearly forgot to mention, I was born in a house! Before I being retelling my story, I’d like to remind the audience that I was nowhere coherent enough to remember all of the details, and that I have gotten this story by a second hand source (my mother). My opinions didn't matter to the selective parties at that time (I know, how rude of them!) and the details have gotten lost in translation and the pesky thing called time. Also, your shoes are nice. Anyways, this was the beginning of the greatest person in this world, dead or alive - me. My mother had just stopped praying in her room, when she started having contractions (how ominous). Naturally, my mother was yelling in pain, and when my aunt came in to see what the commotion was, she quickly backed away. According to my mom, her dearest sister thought she was possessed.
