I use positive self-talk, I visual success, and I am focused; these are my top three affirmations. These three affirmations combined together recently help play a positive role in my life. Right before spring break, I had an extremely hard test coming up in one of my classes which were worth a good portion of my grade. So naturally I was nervous, already feeling like I wasn’t very good in that class and knowing there was no way I could possibly pass this test. After worrying about the test I decided that I was only hurting myself and increasing the chances of failing the test. This is where the positive self-talk came in. I started telling myself I was smart, capable, and could pass this test. Once I started thinking positively I started
In the play The Tragedy of Macbeth, written by William Shakespeare, Lady Macbeth was an important character. She was the wife of the King of Scotland. Lady Macbeth had first come off as a forceful character but as time passed, her weaknesses were shown.

My current strengths according to the LifeStyle Management Health Risk Inventory, is that I am punctual in seeing a primary care provider, whom I have seen in the past two years, it was suggested that it is of vital importance to do so, as a PCP can provide helpful information about my health and how I can improve any health problems I may have. Another strength of mine is that I get the flu shot on a regular basis, it is important to do so, as the flu virus does not spread to those who I am around and protects me from the virus. According to the LifeStyle Management Health Risk Inventory, my BMI is 21.03, which puts me in the healthy weight bracket, maintaining my weight in a healthy range will lower my risk for heart disease, cancer and other

Although I have not thought about how I would stage a play I will give myself a chance to thinking thoroughly about how I would want an audience to receive a piece of work written by the four playwrights we have read this semester. Drawing on Wilson’s famous speech, I have an idea about what I would want. The Ground on Which I Stand is one that acknowledges the amazing playwrights we were able to read this semester. I appreciate what they have given to the world through the stage and in print. There have been plays that I resonated with me and some that were harder to grasp. Many of these playwrights talk about connections and family which is a way that I have connected with the characters. I wouldn't use many of the playwrights as influences

What if you can only pick a movie, book, or tv show that would not be destroyed.? we would love to save all differents kind of movies, books, and tv shows, but you can only pick one! I would pick the tv show spongebob, the divergent book and movie, and diners drive-ins, and dives .
I found it a little difficult to find what to write about that would satisfy the definition of my “minutia”. Perhaps it is because I did not quite understand what minutia really meant outside of a textbook definition and in the real world, or I have not fully realized or acknowledged on a consistent basis how many of the moments in my life have contributed to that which has an effect on me in the form of shaping or altering me. After nostalgically scrolling through my Instagram profile for a while the other day, I came across quite a few photos of me recording my gym workouts dating from the autumn of 2014 and into early 2015, and I eventually decided that this would suit the requirements for what could be my own minutia.
Upon completion of the StrengthsFinder survey, I found that my five greatest strengths are responsibility, relator, restorative, achiever, and harmony. After reviewing the results from the survey, I was not a bit surprised because those are the strengths that I flourish on. Some of these strengths are not something that you are born with; they are talents of your personhood that make you who you are (Clifton, Anderson, and Schreiner, 2006, p. 2).

The first step is to form an incident response team. Typically, the team consists of an information security expert or IT staff member who has received adequate cybersecurity training, someone from the help desk, a telecommunications
My dad and I have always loved playing basketball together. Not only do we enjoy playing the sport, we are also avid fans, especially of the Xavier Musketeers. The court (our driveway), is where we have the most fun competing against each other. I remember one game especially well. “Make it-take it or horse?” my dad asked. “Make it-take it!” I responded. Those were always our favorite options, but I’m partial to one on one, make it take it. I was about 10 years old at the time and had managed to keep the game tied at 14 points. I had the ball with only 6 points to go. I was determined to get a quick layup, mainly because I knew I couldn’t lose the momentum which was so crucial in make it-take it. Despite my effort driving to the basket, I missed and he rebounded the ball. He retreated and shot a three. As I had feared, he made it easily. The score was 17-14, his ball again. I could feel the game slipping away from my control and played my best defense. I checked the ball back to him and right as it touched his hands, it left his hands. He shot a three from the same exact spot, with the same exact outcome, a perfect swoosh. I had lost. “Play again?” I
Here are my five words before reading chapter 7. I tried to think way back when my daughter was an infant and came up with the five words that she would say; however, not in the order that she learned the words I am sure.
My top five strengths were achiever, adaptability, input, learner, and analytical. Being classified as an achiever means I have the physical and mental drive to complete a given task long after others have stopped working. This applies to me because I feel like I always strive to last longer and complete more than others participating with me. Adaptability means that I can easily “go with the flow” and deal with tasks the moment they arise. This is especially true because I have transitioned, or adapted exceptionally well into college-life and feel like I have a place. Input means that I always crave to know more and love to collect and archive all kinds of information. This classification truly fits me the best. I love obtaining new information and I love accomplishing tasks I set for my future self. Being classified as a learner means that I tend to being an upbeat perspective on instruction and embrace exposure to new ideas and concepts. Lastly, I am analytical. That means I feel good about the decisions I make because of sound reasoning and judgement.
In fifth grade I was a person who did not take school as serious as I needed too. One of my strengths was that I was able to work through the problems had. A weakness is I would goof off a lot so I would miss things I needed to hear. I changed because I learn more because I pay attention, a new strength is having people help me when I need it. My identity is a baseball player who has good grades, and is a good friend. I’m happy with that because I enjoy the things i’m known for. I should ask more of myself, because I know i’m good at baseball, but when it matters sometimes I don’t do as well as I know I can. Also, I sometimes think I don’t need to study or do school work, but when I get the grade back I am a little disappointed. I should relax
