My last stop would be a one of Disneyworld’s famous restaurant “Be our Guest”. If you want a dinner reservation you need to book at least 6 months or more in advanced. Down at this restaurant the desserts aren’t plated, it’s more of an individual pastry. Out of all three locations I worked at, this location had the largest production. I would be making fifteen pounds of chocolate ganache, ten pounds of pastry cream, and twenty pounds of mousse. It was insane. From the three locations I have worked at, the bread shift seemed to care mostly about the quality that was being served to the guest.
