It's always been difficult for me to pick a favorite movie. There are so many out there that I enjoy. I chose to talk about Pulp Fiction. I started hearing things about it a couple of years ago. Some didn't like it but most had very good things to say about it. I decided to give it a try. The first time I watched it I got about halfway through, got confused, and shut it off. But my friends kept telling me what an awesome movie it is so I decided to try again. This time I really payed attention and it paid off. I made it to the end and loved it. My favorite scene is in the end when the two robbers are robbing the diner where Jules and Vincent are having breakfast. I like the way Jules talks down the robber, and the way he changes his interpretation
It made really made me think if what the characters are doing morally wrong. Both cops handle justice a different way and no one taught Jake that the world is cruel, and twisted. This eventually causes the climactic intense ending, and will keep your eyes glued to the screen. Although I enjoy this movie there is somethings that could be better. For instance the movie has a slow start. I’m not going to lie, I did skip a bit to the ride along, for it was boring. I also would make a scene more believable, but I digress because if it was the movie wouldn't be able to continue. Overall this movie contained major keys to make it interesting.
I enjoyed this film because it has a real story behind it and is something I
The various elements of “Pulp Fiction”, its story, style of filming as well as other factors combine to make the film a masterpiece of modern cinema and a breakout hit in a world of corporate and focus group dominated Hollywood.
The flame from Nick's lighter danced in the darkness as he lit his cigarette. I faintly heard an aged man speak from the television "2 found dead in New York apartment..." I turned my attention towards the TV out of curiosity. "Autopsy shows the couple died of starvation, this is now the tenth time we have seen this similar situation..." Nick cleared his throat to speak, a puff of smoke escaped his lips and disappeared into the darkness of the room. I shifted my gaze towards him awaiting his thought. He spoke in a tired voice.
Stop, stop, stop!! The kids are sleeping, please stop. “ I don’t care if the kids wake up you can’t do anything right, your worthless.”
What I enjoyed so much about this film is that the ending was one that the viewers decided on what it meant. In the film, the couple traveling get taken away, but it isn’t clear by who, and it leaves the viewers to come up with their own conclusion. I enjoyed that fact and thought the suspense in the film was the best of the night. All of the other films had suspense, but this film did the best at creating it. It made me actually feel terrified, and it was the only film that made me cover my eyes a bit because of how great it was at building up dread and
I often feel trapped in my everyday life. It becomes boring and routine. So when I received the opportunity to go to Belize in 7th grade, I was thrilled. I could escape everyday life for a week, spend time with friends, face fears, maybe even feel free.
The movie is awesome in every way from the action to the most important line such as when the station inspector saves Hugo from being hit by the train to the line where Hugo says the world works like clockwork, we all have our own purpose in this world.
Racing at night going One-hundred and forty miles an hour on US-27 holding the lead, Shift six gear, speed topped out at two-hundred miles per hour passing by cars smoothly. I chanted I am immortal, I am a god! while I pushed my sports bike to its limit. Suddenly a black car approaches. WHAM! I get Rammed from behind and lose control of my bike slamming into a Semi-truck up ahead. Lights out. When I peeked my eyes, I saw 4 humans around me. Thump after thumb I believe I was in an ambulance rushing down the turnpike. I looked around and the first words that came to my head are “Rick this is just a dream”. This is the story of how I escaped from an illegal laboratory that clones and modifies humans.
One try. Straight to voicemail. So far. it had been a day since she heard from him. A
That dress combined with his suit could provide me with an enough money to pay my brother's medical bills and I would still have money left. My eyes followed the women as she sat down at the table with her husband. Hearing a clearing of throat coming from the jackass in front of me my eyes move to his face.
As a ten year-old, I became an adult. Sadly, this is a bit young to realize the fear and responsibility that adulthood can carry, but it was revealed to me at such a young age because of my family’s incompetence and neglect.
There’s nothing like summer to make you realize the tediousness of life. You go every day of school waiting for it to be over, just for summer to start up and start the whole cycle all over again. By the time May came around, I wanted to get away from everything. I only hung out with my friends two times the whole summer. Hell, even that surprised me.
My earliest memory dates back to 2002, and when I picture this memory images of me successfully riding my bike without training wheels and my father proudly yelling “I told you you could do it!” are what I recollect. As I reflect on my life one individual has constantly been there to make sure I always have high ambitions, but also be there to comfort me if I fall short of my unattainable goals. He has pushed me to do my best while being my biggest cheerleader. This man is my father. When I was an infant my father was the one that sacrificed his career in order to stay home with me during the day. This was the beginning of our perfect relationship. He taught me how to ride my bike, how to change a tire, and ultimately how to live a life full
All in all I enjoyed the entire movie and it was great I’m so glad I had the chance to watch this it. I really enjoyed the acting, I love how the movie was directed and filmed. I also did enjoy how they added drama in the movie between Corey and Tess’s love life. One thing I did not enjoy is the cliché parts even when this is a true story some moments seemed to perfect, I’m talking about those parts when the game ends without a drop sweet, which is ridiculous. I give this movie
