What’s your background, how long have you been in the business of real estate and how did you get involved in real estate?
Real estate is my passion because I love selling stuff so why not sell houses if I’m good at it. It’ll make me a lot of money so I can become a wealthy man. To me real estate is easy you go to people ask to sell their house and then make money off of that. Ever since I was in 1st grade I wanted to become a real estate because that’s my dream, my dream is to help people sell their houses. I want the experience to of how to sell and buy houses for my family and friends also. I read everything I can get my hands on related to real estate. I enjoy finding a home that is troubled, putting in the time and effort to gain the sweat equity and also to make it beautiful again and then renting it out for cash flow.
Before my research I thought that I already knew what it took to have a career in the business world. I found that there are many objectives that I have to overcome before starting my career. A real estate agent would be the perfect job for me. An agent’s main responsibility is to help a client in the process of buying, selling, renting, or leasing a piece of real estate.

Generally, I had a positive outlook toward life in junior high and high school. I had great friends, teachers, parents, and teammates that supported my life goals and decisions. I thoroughly enjoyed my hobbies and practice to get my mind off of school. When it comes to Marcia’s identity statuses, I would say that I was in between identity foreclosure and moratorium. In junior high school, I basically participated in the activities and life choices that my parents and family thought were best, so I would consider my status to be foreclosure. If my parents wanted me to contribute to specific organizations, then I would because I did not want to upset their thoughts and opinions. In high school, I began to research and look into my own career choices, so I feel that I was in the very beginning stage of
Recalling when my husband and I sold our first house, it’s apparent that emotional persuasion had an impact on the sale. Reminiscent of a fifties style box house, ours was a small bungalow in a young neighborhood filled with young families. Similar to the majority of homeowners in the area, it was our first home in a new subdivision filled with young families and people embarking on their life journeys. In the first few weeks of being listed, potential buyers flocked to preview it; however, interestingly, the couple who ultimately bought the property seemed more interested in their idealizations than truly in the house itself. Expectant with their first child, this was going to be their first purchased home. As she entered the house for
My ultimate goes is to run my own real estate brokerage firm. I realize that I will have to accomplish a lot to be able to that. But I am more than ready to go out and achieve all of that. My passion for real estate began about my sophomore year, my dad asked me if I had any intentions of doing real estate and at first I wasn’t quit sure what he meant. Also I wasn’t very educated about real estate at the time. My dad and I talked about it and he informed me about and taught me some of the basic of real estate. That is how it all started since that day, I have become with the way real estate works and learned to pay attention to the smaller things in a home that make that home
I can identify clearly with the foreclosure state. There are many aspects of my life that can be linked to this state, such as growing up in a strong Christian home and continuing to pursue my relationship with God currently without ever exploring other religions, as well as following in my parents’ footsteps to become a teacher. I am going to focus more on the latter in this discussion.
Our remaining days in Saraland had gone by in a flash and on the Saturday before we had left for Mt. Harrison my Step Daddy Cade had decided that we should have a yard sale to try to rid ourselves of some of the unwanted crap that we didn’t want to take with us on the move. We had planned on only taking with us a small closed-in trailer hitched up to the back of the Truckster to transport most of our belongings, so all of our old, run-down furniture and appliances had to go.
Life in the high rise was many things. Tame was not one of them. The nights were filled with vivacious parties on the upper floors that echoed through the entire building, even to the lobby if all else was quiet in the building. The days, where I had expected them to disciplined, were filled with even more alcohol. Cocktail parties occurred from dusk till dawn without fail. Even when everything seemed to be in order the monstrous addition to the skyline creaked and groaned. If you stood still long enough on the 25th floor you could almost feel the entire structure swaying, swaying to the rhythm of life.
We were playing a normal game of monopoly until something extremely surprising happened. It was a Saturday morning, my friends and I decided we would play a game of monopoly. I got out the box and everyone took a seat around the dining room table. The box was beat up from use but it didn’t bother us. Macy, a professional soccer player, got out the game pieces and monopoly money. Macy, James, Mark, and I had gone around the board at least three times and noticed a piece of string on the edge of the board. We all stopped playing and looked at the string for at least two minutes before one of us spoke. No one knew how it got there and what it did but we were all very curious to find out what it did.
