Friday, October 20, 2017 at 11:39 I was dispatched to a call of a theft in progress at the Safeway store. It was reported that a male suspect had taken an iPad and fled the store into Kah Tai Park, a store employee followed the suspect into the park.
I arrived in the area and did not see the suspect as was described by the RP to JeffCom. The male subject was described around 5’10” to 6”00” tall with brown balding hair, a dark hat with a sports logo on it, and wearing a red plaid type jacket.
I drove into the park on the west side and did not see anyone matching that description. I talked to several folks and they had no seen him. I then walked through the east side of the park and did not see anyone matching the description again.
I made contact with the RP Kurt VanderSluis who is an employee at Safeway. He said he was in the bathroom and he had his iPad with him. When he was done he left the restroom and forgot his iPad. He immediately turned around (within seconds) and someone had already entered the restroom. He waited and when the unknown subject opened the door, Kurt said I want my iPad back.

He confronted the person again and he said he did not have it and got upset and left.
Kurt said he followed the subject through the store, and turned on the Apple find my iPhone app. He said it showed his iPad across the street in the Kah Tai Park. He left the store in the direction of the park. He got to the area the iPad was located (near the shelter) and the tracker went off. He found the same subject who was in the bathroom after him. The subject said he did not have his phone when Kurt confronted him again. The subject said he would tell the police he was assaulted by Kurt if he did not leave him alone.
Kurt looked around in the brush and under trees but could not find the iPad (as it must have been turned off, because it stopped
The internal theft control of Rite Aid pharmacy is a high priority. Specifics where not given due to security concerns but was told that procedures are in place and are also enforced and audited. There is a lost prevention manager that is assigned to each district that is in charge of theft both
On the above date and time I responded to Walmart, reference a possible retail theft.
On Tuesday, January 16, 2018, at approximately 1327 hours, FTO C. Dasher (ID #3917) and I responded to Publix, 4100 North Wickham Road, Melbourne, Florida, 32934 in reference to a Theft.
Patrol officers arrived at 518 N. K Street and surrounded the house. Patrol officers called the victim and the suspect out of the house. The suspect was taken into custody without incident.
On Monday, July 13th, 2015, at approximately 1900 hours, I, Officer Darryall White, was contacted by Sergeant Frank Long in reference to rides associate Jakivus Townsend (ID# 1954251) stealing an IPhone from Hurler. I was contacted by Rides Manager Felicia Funderburk stating that Mr. Townsend had admitted to stealing the cell phone. I escorted Mr. Townsend from Operations to the North Carolina Interview Room where a compliance verification and interview was conducted.
I arrived at the security station and met with CA Schreiner and CA Brown. They identified the male through security station records as JORDAN SCHINKER. I recognized Schniker's name based on prior police contacts.
On 4/27/2018, I was conducting a business check of 8701 US 19 (Walmart) at which time I was approached by business loss prevention employee, Steven Uliano. Steven advised that a male subject identified as being Michael King was at a self-check out register and previously trespassed from this location.
On 03/05/2017 at approximately 1823 hours I recieved a phone call from Likes, Keith in regards to the theft that had occured.
According to WBALTV, Detective Moses said "We need to find these suspects." He thinks the braided beard on the man will stick out:
The suspect was described as a White male, approximately 180 lbs. The suspect was wearing a white t-shirt, blue basketball shorts, and a blue baseball hat.

On 10/02/2017 at 0017 hours, units were dispatched to 627 Central Ave for a report of a Domestic involving a knife. I responded at emergency speed, priority one. Upon my arrival, I located the accused female in the bathroom.
On June 28, 2017 at approximately 1100 hours, I was dispatched to Target located at 101 Grand Ave for a report of a shoplifter in custody.
On 09/26/2016, I, Dillon Dickerson, badge #155, was working as a Patrol Officer for the Wichita State University Police Department, in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximately 1909 hours I was dispatched to Shocker Hall in regards to a Suspicious Character call. Dispatch advised there was a male which attempeted to get into Shocker Hall. He was described as a white male, blue jeans, gray sweat shirt, and had a green dwarl string backpack.
I went to Holyoke street to check the area where the chase started at to see if any evidence was thrown out. I noticed there was a orange traffic cone on the east side of Holyoke. I stopped and checked the cone and noticed there was some vomit in this area also. I informed dispatch of what I found and also I would be speaking with three males who spoke with the male before the chase. I made contact with the males at approximently 0246 hours. The males asked if it was okay for them to go back into the Sigma Alpha Epsilon (SAE) house. I informed the males I needed to get some basic information from them before I let them go. One of the males identified himself as Omar Antonio Rodriguez by WSU ID X243W595. Omar was a Hispanic male, born on May 4th of 1999, who lives at 7207 W 77th St. N in Valley Center KS, 67147, he can be reached at 316-592-3721. Omar is going to be living in the SAE house soon. I asked Omar what he saw take place with the vehicle. Omar stated they saw the male in the vehicle vomiting onto the ground. They went up to the male and asked him if he was okay.
