Narrative- On 13Aug16 at 1435 hrs. I, Deputy Halbasch, was requested to Trooper Dingman with a domestic that was reported to him in the city of Akeley. While enroute I learned Trooper Dingman was out a 30 Marie Ave investigating. I arrived and found Trooper Dingman speaking with a male & female inside of apt. #1. Trooper Dingman briefed me there was an altercation between Linda Showalter, Jessica Goose, Eli Raisch, & Valerie Hartmann. Trooper Dingman stated there was a call for service about 46 hrs. ago where Valerie reported a family member of Jessica’s was inside Valerie’s cleaning when she was accused of stealing pain medication. Valerie & Linda then confronted Jessica & Eli about it, and an argument ensured. While on scene, I learned Jessica had an active warrant for her arrest, and Inv. Schlag contacted me knowing Hubbard Co. Social Services had a health & welfare concern for the children of Jessica & Eli. I then received a call from Child Protection Worker Beth Grande who informed me she wanted the children placed on a hold. Inv. Schlag stated he would respond to the scene and assist Hubbard Co. I notified dispatch that Officer Albert and I were out at the RSC. I parked our patrol car on the north side of the RSC and entered the north door. I heard Officer Smith on the radio say he was out with the subject near the Credit Union. I observed from across the RSC Officer J. Smith and Officer R. Faison standing next to a black male all the way by the Book Store. As I walked closer, I could see the black male with both of his hands up in the air and he was getting down on both of his knees. On August 23, 2014 Sgt. Lavelle was assigned to the 83 Precinct. She was present for duty at 0800 hours as the domestic violence Sergeant and she conducted several home visits. At 1450 hours she was post changed to the 83rd Precinct desk and she assumed the duties of the 83 desk office. Sgt. Lavelle remained as the Desk Sergeant for the entire tour. At 1746 Hrs. Sgt. Taylor then notified me through text advising that he was “having a juvenile entered into the amber alert system”. I then arrived at the law enforcement center to assist. I met with Sgt. Carroll and asked him to begin assisting after his briefing. CID Sgt. M. Sheedy was then notified of the incident and responded along with Det. Lee. A-Chief was also at the law enforcement center and was aware of the situation.
The reporting party (RP) received call from Diego Baca with Kings County CPS, 1400 W. Lacey Blvd., Hanford, CA 93230 (559) 852-2345 who reported that on 12/21/16 at approximately 3PM while conducting a placement visit for youth Andrew Yanez DOB: 12/18/01 the youth and the social worker took a walk. During the walk Andrew disclosed that he and a staff member named Shawn Wilcox were involved in an altercation. According to Andrew at approximately 2:45PM he was in the office of the ground home with 2 other staff members named James Boston and Nicole Juarez. On July 22, 2017 at approximately 6:07 PM I, Deputy Hill along with Sergeant Bowring, Deputy Dimert and Deputy George received word that Wayne Jones was at 155 CR 1686 and had a class B warrant. Deputy George had spoken with a complainant on the phone that informed Deputy George that he had seen Wayne Jones in the area and know that Mr. Jones had a warrant for his arrest. After Deputy George informed me of the information I contacted France Young a residence of the area, I asked Mrs. Young if she had seen Mr. Jones and Mrs. Young confirmed that Mr. Jones was at 155 CR 1686. After verifying the warrant on Mr. Jones though dispatch all the above units check en route to that location.
On 26 June 2017 at 1516 hours, Officers were dispatched to the area of 305 East Penn Street for a theft of a vehicle. Officer were advised the actor was a Rhiannon Meyer and that she had stolen her dad Dodge truck green in color with a plow on the front. and was last seen heading towards Main Street. Officer began to check the area of Main Street, when Unit 191 called out with the vehicle at 100 Pennsylvania Ave, in Shenandoah Heights. On December 18th 2015 at 1810 Deputy Akins responded to a theft call at 11023 Tadpole Road. Upon arrival Deputy Akins was greeted by Lyman Hinson who stated he had helped T. J Leonard Hinson rebuild a truck engine, however was never paid for the service. Mr Hinson stated he had also bailed Mr. Meyers out of jail to the sum of $725. Deputy Akins explained to Mr. Hinson that the issue was a civil matter.Mr. Hinson agreed but stated the his caregivers told him he should make the sheriff department aware of the situation

On Sunday, December 4, 2016 at 10:30 pm, I, Sergeant Bever responded to a man with a knife call at 5221 Rue St Germain. I spoke to Janice Johnson outside when I arrived on-scene. Janice said her son, Chadd Johnson was inside the house and had a knife. I went inside and Officer Etheridge and Officer Hunter were attempting to speak to Chadd, who barricaded himself in a bathroom. Chadd would not listen to Officer requests for him to exit the bathroom. I went outside and looked through a window into the bathroom. I could see Chadd standing and talking on the phone to someone. On 16 April 2016 at approximately 1356 hours I Correctional Sergeant (SGT) Barth, J was assigned to Core Service Desk Sergeant when a call of 4-16(inmates fighting) came across the hand held radio by Correctional Officer Trainee(COT) Robertson, A. I responded to the call as I came in to the main yard I see three inmates in restraints. On 08/01/2017 I, Deputy Daniel Pruitt was patrolling the area of 61st Street & 61st West Avenue. I noticed a white female walking Eastbound on 61st Street towards 61st West Avenue. The female later identified as Brandy Bunch appeared nervous and kept looking back towards me. I activated my emergency lights to do a pedestrian check. I asked Brandy for her I. D and had dispatch to run a records check on Brandy. Dispatch advised Brandy was clear of any warrants. I asked Brandy if she had anything illegal on her and Brandy stated no. Brandy was very nervous and would not look towards me while I was speaking to her. Brandy became more nervous after I asked if she had anything illegal on her. I asked Brandy if I could search her purse she had with her. Brandy handed me her purse and advised I could search the purse.
There were also two adult men in the backyard of the neighboring house. Upon approaching the front of the address, I made contact with a woman claiming to have reported the incident. She stated her name as Mary Sue Jones. I observed that Mrs. Jones had wounds on her face as well as cuts along both of her arms. Mrs. Jones was visibly shaken, she explained that her husband, Paul Jones, had thrown her to the ground and punched her in the face. Mrs. Jones also warned that Mr. Jones was drunk.

Officers responded to Wal-Mart in reference to a domestic dispute. On scene officers made contact with the victim Sara Adams. She stated that her ex-boyfriend was staying with her and now will not leave the residents. She stated that he damaged her cell phone and trashed her house. Officers observed the damage phone and when to 171 Keen dr to make contact with the suspect. Upon officers arrival the suspect had fled the scene. Adams stated that the argument stated when she came home at 00:00. She stated that Corey Newman, her ex-boyfriend was mad about her not coming home when she got off work. On 09/15/2016, I, Chad Agnew, was working as a patrol officer for the Wichita State University Police Department, in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approxiametely 1412 hours I was in a meeting with Cpt. Herl in his office when I heard Officer Faison ask for another officer to his location on the radio. I got up and left Cpt. Herl's office and started running out to a patrol vehicle. I ran to vehicle 11 and got in the driver side. Officer Albert got in the front passenger side. I drove us to the physical plant where I saw Officer Faison talking to an elderly male outside of a vehicle. I exited the patrol vehicle and activated the dashcam. The male that Faison was speaking with was later identified as John Smarsh. He was very antimated and upset that he was involved in an accident. I noticed Sgt. Moyer and Officer Tener were backing up Officer Faison and it seemed to upset Smarsh more that so
