When texting you earlier about some of the scheduling stuff I remembered that I had a question about duty belts which I never asked. Even though I am not certified to carry handcuffs, pepper gel (have my training card, just need it signed off) or baton, is it still permissible to wear a limited duty belt with 1x silent key holder, 1x radio holder,1x flashlight holder, 1x glove holder and 1x phone holder (to hold rover phone) while on duty? Currently I am wearing most of this equipment on my personal garrison belt which works but I have to rearrange it daily when switching pants, therefore would prefer to wear my duty belt. The duty belt I have used in the past and still own is a Bianchi PatrolTek 8300 nylon duty belt with nylon accessory pouches.

Recently, a primary seat belt law was proposed during a legislative meeting for our state. The law would allow for drivers to be pulled over specifically for not wearing their seat belts. Currently, only 77 percent of Montanans buckle-up. This is much lower than the national average of 88 percent and significantly less than Texas, Washington, and Oregon, where fines ranging from $110 to $200 likely play a part in about 94 percent of people buckling up. Similar bills were proposed in Montana in 2011 and 2013, but they did not pass. Whether the primary seat belt law goes through or not, there are several things you can do to help prevent anyone in your family from suffering a personal injury in a vehicle accident.

For young children who have difficulty communicating, visual schedule can be extremely helpful in allowing them to understand and see what is coming up next in their day. This can assist students who struggle to transition from one activity to another (Meadan, Ostrosky, Triplett, Michna, & Fettig, 2011). They can also be used to help children increase attention on the task and decrease dangerous and disruptive behaviors (Massey & Wheeler, 2000). A visual schedule allows a child to anticipate what is forthcoming in the day and when the child learns how to follow a schedule, it can be used as a way to more easily help explain changes in a routine (Quill, 1995).
Here in the Rio Grande Valley immigration has become the hit. An immigrant in my own words is someone from a different country that travels to an alternative country permanently for a better life. I belief they are many unlike reasons why people live in their country but cross to another country. Actually, I’m not in immigrant, I’m a US citizen but I have experienced many stories and seen families struggle from this situation. Nevertheless, to my own experience, some people move to the US to find better jobs, but some move to different counties to look forward not only to better their education but their children’s as well. In this research paper I will be pointing out the important factors and expectations of illegal immigrants in the US,

If soldiers weren’t held accountable for property that they were issued, no one would have anything. All soldiers are issued gear which they will need either down range or in the rear. Thus they need to know where their equipment is. So they can use this equipment when they go to a range to qualify, or rucking over ten miles. Little things such as canteens, PT belts, or even gloves can help so much when that soldier needs it. But when it comes down to sensitive items, soldiers are liable for them especially when it can mean life or death.
