Ever since I was a little girl, I've been very passionate about fashion and the way I look. I was drawing all the time - from graphic paintings to designing shoes and clothes, even bride dresses. I studied Fashion Design in high school where I decided I would like to continue study the fashion industry but in more in the business side of it. It has been a dream of mine to live in New York and to study at Fashion Institute of Technology.
I do not want to merely succeed at this position…I do not want to just get by. I am driven to exceed every expectation: Mine, yours, Hologic’s and everyone else who places their trust in me: Everyday will be an execution of that drive.
I am very comfortable leading, handling responsibility, and establishing new relationships. I have proven on multiple occasions that when I focus on achieving goals I strive to meet my goals and usually exceed

You always here goals about people wanting to lose weight. More often than not people are going to the gym to try and lose weight. There’s also those few people who want to put on weight. I happen to be one of those people. My goal is to gain 10 pounds of muscle by the time I start my next semester which would be August 22nd, putting me at 180lbs. This has been a goal of mine for a while, but I haven’t put it into action until now.
The goal I chose is to live a healthy lifestyle which in terms will add years to my life. In this transformation I chose to eat healthier, exercise more, drink plenty water and add supplements to my personal wellness plan. I will devote a significant amount of time to each area of this wellness plan over the next eight weeks to get the ultimate results. Below are specific goals and a plan of action that I will be doing over the course of eight weeks; in an effort to make lifestyle changes. I will be reviewing the various area of my health deciding which areas I would like to make improvements. My present situation is that I have gained a significant amount of weight that has made my life a little uncomfortable. I started by making a chart to track my plan of action in each area that I will be working on.

In my development plan, I will first discuss my strengths and my growth areas. The feedback I have received from others is that I treat others with respect. “You’re not reaching success if you are not challenging yourself.” That is my new personal quote to live by after the OL 125 course. There were plenty of challenges during this term for me but, I didn’t give up. I 've learned so much about myself and have decided to make major changes due to the assessments and the knowledge gained from the chapters in “Human Relations in the Organization” book. From a previous course, I knew making a plan would be fundamental but never did put it on paper until now. I truly appreciate having to complete a “Personal Development Plan” because now my plan for success won 't just be in my mind, but on paper and in a helpful format.
To obtain an executive leadership position that engages my 25 years of diverse experience and knowledge to advance a company towards its principal goals through; leadership, team development, effective management, cost control and, a personal accountability and continuous improvement philosophy.
They say in case of emergency situations you need to help yourself first then only you would be better able to help others. Getting time for one self and breaking the old patterns would be hard but what will happen to my family if I am not mentally, emotionally or physically healthy? I will reflect nothing else but only bad to them and this will make my condition even worse. The worse may happen when they will start making distance from me. Everybody likes people who are happy with positive attitude.

We all have that vision statement that reflects your vision of your future, but also serves as a roadmap of your future. A vision statement is something we all have it’s one thing we really never notice. Just as I noticed mine. As everyone has a different vision statement my vision statement was really unique and made me realize a lot.
