To define me, you must find the Orange Jelly Bean. We oranges have the ability to get along with most people that we meet. In my YEK class (Young Entrepreneurs of Kansas) junior year a difficult student was put into my group. However I was able to get him to do his share of the work, and throughout the process we had a good time and received positive marks on our work. My readiness to take up the reigns of leadership coupled with able to get along with people made us that more effective. Oranges are described as being confident and fluent speakers, I am no exception to this rule. Throughout school I took every opportunity to be the lead speaker, or the only speaker. From group projects to simple ice breaker class activities I enjoy speaking.
I am someone that invariably has a vision of prosperity and is not afraid to take risks -- always willing to do anything for the better of myself and others. I can take initiative when no one else steps up and is ready to accept any of my own mistakes.
Growing up, I loved Jelly Bellies. The colors, flavors and seemingly limitless combinations had me captivated for hours on long road trips as my family moved from state to state. Almost without thinking, I would sort them. Blues and greens, browns and beiges, whites and blacks. The problem with this sorting came when I would pack all of one color into my mouth, and that with a handful of cherry-flavored beans, I’d get an unfortunate cinnamon taste.

Cooperative - I am very cooperative with my fellow friends and staff members, I will work together to come with a conclusion on a punishment; etc. I know very well on how to handle situations with other players and make sure we are both happy with the situation we are handling.
The aspect that defines me most is my cultural and family background. I have been raised in a relatively small African family in the Ivory Coast. I have two siblings, one brother and one sister. My sister and I are just on years of age apart and have been raised together. We do have a special bond and shares the same values and beliefs, that we owe to our parents. My mother and father were very serious about family bonds and taught us to prioritize family. Indeed, in my culture, family is very important and essential for one's life success. My mother is the one responsible for the discipline that I have today. As a high school teacher, she aimed to give us the strongest education possible. She once told us that education was the only way to succeed, and did everything in her power to make sure that we get excellent grades and pass our classes with honors. This
I feel that I am determined due to my success in the classroom and my willingness to continue it. I am caring because I take other people's feelings into consideration in all situations because it provides insight on their opinions and helps you elaborate on a solution better as well. I say that I am fun and outgoing because I love to smile, laugh and talk very much. I also love to make other people smile or laugh because it creates a sense of positivity and causes me to feel like an uplifting person, which is a quality I strive to possess
You are optimistic, carefree and happy-go-lucky person. You have a bright personality that impresses everyone around you. You always put the needs of others above your own needs.

The authors bring forth sexism, racism, and the feeling of belonging, showing that everyone deserves a friend. (49)
“Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God” by Jonathan Edwards and “The American Crisis” by Thomas Paine are two persuasive works that tried to sway the opinions and actions of their readers. Both authors used powerful writing to illustrate what would happens to those who did not change. While Edward’s piece focused on religion and Paine’s on war, both discussed the reasons why people should conform to the views expressed by the two authors. Though vastly different in their nature and audience, the two texts were featured around the same idea: people need to change. In the works, “Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God” and “The American Crisis,” Edwards and Paine use the persuasive appeals ethos, pathos, and logos, and literary devices such as simile, metaphor, imagery, and personification to persuade their American audience.

I'm a color who is very sure of herself, I know who I am and I'm not afraid to be me. I can be loud when put with the right colors (people), but I can also be quiet and subtle when I need to be. I know for a fact that I'm a stubborn person, not necessarily always in a bad way, it just means I know how to take a stand and keep my ground. It also means that I won't fall
While I am by nature a reasonably positive person, I do have a characteristic that often appears as a deficit, I am very direct and I am sometimes accused of being rude. This is a characteristic that I am working to soften when I communicate with others. I understand the need to be approachable and diplomatic if I want to develop and maintain a role of leadership.
My leadership assessment indicated I had the following characteristics: Ambassador 19 out of 25, Advocate 17 out of 25, People Mover 18 out 25, Truth Seeker 20 out of 25, Creative Builder 22 out of 25, and Experienced guide 24 out of 25.
The device commonly regarded as the first to realise widespread success in the smartphone market was the Blackberry. However the handset, referred to as the ‘crackberry’ (Middleton, 2007) after the feeling of addiction many users felt towards it, was quickly joined in the market by companies such as Apple and Samsung. The intriguing market seems to be constantly evolving and is still an emerging market subject to multiple market forces. Many economic theories can be applied to this market including Monopolistic Competition, Platform Competition along with Network Effects and Tipping Points.
