“Architecture is just visual art unless you put a function to the creation.” My passion for arts was identified by my parents when I was in Class 9, which gave me an insight and motivation of wanting to do something creative. I pursued architecture from Babu Banarasi Das University which soon made me realize that learning architecture gives me immense eternal joy and satisfaction. My interest in designing and sketching is also in line with the study of history of Architecture, urban design, landscape architecture, graphics and communications. Therefore, I extend my great desire to pursue my education in a safe and a beautiful country like Australia.

In addition, I obtained strong administrative skills by working as an assistant at
Career shadow day was a great opportunity that made me question possible careers for myself. I shadowed Sean Spotts, an employee at Siemens Industry Inc. He is a Mechanical Engineer, or someone who applies physics and material science to design or maintenance of mechanical systems. Even though he is not in my goal career of architecture, through him, I got a glimpse of how mechanical engineering and architecture can go hand in hand. I shadowed him during a trade show on April 27th. After shadowing Sean Spotts and seeing his work life, I have come to the conclusion that architecture is more than just design, but also has components of engineering, a fact I am sound with.
As a developing and growing student, I realize that I need a plan for success, even though that plan may change. At Indiana University Bloomington, I plan to study in the School of Art and Design in order to eventually become an interior designer. While I may change my career choice and area of study, my drive and dedication to achieve excellence will never waver. However, that does not mean that I will not face challenges along the way.
Acquiring self satisfaction is my main goal in life, how I achieve it is by doing the things I enjoy and have a passion for. Deciding to study building surveying was made based on a few reasons that I believe can help me obtain self satisfaction in my studies and in my future endeavours. Having the opportunity of working both in the office and on the field is the key factor in me choosing to pursue my study in building surveying. Travelling to different locations, being exposed to different conditions and work sites, exploring the natural phenomena around me and being able to assist the community by helping to develop a safe and sustainable environment. With an increasing demand and growth in the building industry, as a building surveying student
In the first months of college, I wasn’t so sure if I wanted to pursue architecture, finance, or engineering; I was utterly lost, unlike many of my peers. Over the months, I pondered on what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. Then, I realized I was never interested in obtaining a job where I would sit at a desk and stare at some numbers on a computer screen for 9 hours every day. Through my daily routine and utilization of time, I realized I found less joy in the courses I applied least outside of the classroom, yet was intrigued that with the many hours I worked in the studio. I could work on a skill in which I could use in the career I wanted; a path in which I could leave a legacy through molding the world the way I wanted to see
Before I can achieve a degree, I must commit to my studies. Education is the strongest foundation in any career. As it stands, I have taken interior design, architecture, and all levels of art including AP studio art, which I am currently enrolled in. My Advanced placement and honors classes have
After recently becoming aware of Denver International Airport’s Great Hall Project, I was ecstatic upon learning about the Internship opening for the project. As a son of the Denver area I grew up admiring the airport’s architecture during visits and the airport continues to inspire me every time I fly to and from home from my university. These types of experiences have driven my career path for as long as I can remember and I aspire to one day use architecture/engineering to induce the same influence on one's experience. Attending USC is currently the first step in my career path and over this time I have gained theoretical knowledge, software competencies, and project design based experience. I am confident that these tools and experiences will enable me to make significant contributions on the project if given the opportunity. In addition, I am excited about possibly working under the expertise of professionals in order to develop professional skills and acquire invaluable technical knowledge.
Architecture should reflect meaningfully all aspects of the society’s past-present-future. There is a need to introduce architecture that respects the environment, the people, and reflect the identity of the place.

n the course of my bachelor degree, I’ve always wanted to continue studying architecture and never change the direction of my studies. Once finished with university I would like to practice as an architect.
Although architecture has no precise definition, it can range from being defined as an art, practice, or complexity of designing something, to being a challenging profession in itself. It is said that “architecture serves a purpose, stand erect, and is capable of moving us emotionally.” For one to understand how architecture is seen by the creator, it is important that we understand the theoretical underpinning of architecture, of its time, and also how it advanced up to that time. “Architecture is that great living creative spirit which from generation to generation, from age to age, proceeds, persists, and creates, according to the nature of man, and his circumstances as they change. That is really architecture.” Architectural

An architect plans, designs and construct structures. Architects can design many things like a shopping mall, a library, skyscrapers, and so much more. Architecture is a very interesting career that I would like to learn more about. I will be discussing why I chose to research this career and the different types of architects there are, the average annual salary an architect makes, what they do on a daily bases, how much education you need to be an architect, and the pros and cons about being an architect. Not only will I be discussing these topics, but I will also research what tools an architect uses, the best places for an architect to live at, and the top schools to get an architecture degree (Shapiro).
