In order to develop a personal ethics statement for Simply Special, I need to discover what it is that I want to accomplish within this organization. Through the process of discovering those potential accomplishments, I must be realistic and consider the pros and cons. As I have learned it takes dedication, determination, and will to reach ethical goals and statements for Simply Special to succeed. In addition to taking pride for our work, we want to stand behind our productions with enthusiasm, excellence, and motivation.
My Worldview
First, viewing the world as it is will accumulate many thoughts, expressions, and feelings. Establishing a worldview means to provide personal opinion on various subjects. As I look over the way society operates today, I come to the conclusion that the world is confused, in crisis, and judgmental among several other things, but at the same time it is transformable to move forward in a righteous direction. In lighter words, all is not yet lost. Romans 12:2 (NLT) reads, “Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.”
However, my worldview is we, as a people, are on this Earth for a reason and for a season, our time is limited; therefore instead of pleasing man by aiming to be like man or of their standards, we should focus on God and becoming closer to Him. God expects us to be…
