Ok, so it’s these people called teachers in the world that help people in these things called a school. You would think these teachers would all be the same right…well think again. One teacher is energetic, connects their lessons, and funny. Great person to learn from and be around. This other teacher just stays at their desk all class, make the students connect their own points together, and be in the same tone all class. Look at my phone at least 10 times when I’m in this teacher class.
I believe in energy bounce off from one another. Who would want to be in a class when a teacher is at their desk all day. You should be able to move around, be free and make us wanna learn from you. This other teacher always on their feet and get the entire class to be engaged. If you’re moving

It gives us the sense that making the ocean feel like a bigger size pool. That’s the connect we need as students to make something bigger than what it is relatable. While this other teacher would just make a ditch feel like outer space. I know as a student we gotta make the connections ourselves but it doesn’t help to give us a lil nudge. Giving your students a lil help every now and then isn’t a big deal to give us a connection and we will pick it up after that.
It’s all about presentation to me. This one teacher is funny. Their jokes may not be the funny thing but it’s the lesson their knowledge about things that makes this teacher funny. Everybody likes to laugh so if you make us laugh during a lesson that will get our attention something that teachers strive to get. This other teacher is just dull. Talks in the same tone every class. From the beginning of class to the end it’s the same dull tone. No one likes being bored. A way to solve this conflict is paying for teacher to get training and help other become teachers. Look at why it is important for all teachers to have teacher training programs. To provide teachers with the greatest chance of success, they need to have completed a program that provides them with knowledge, experience, and guidance. When this does not happen, we not only risk teachers leaving the profession quickly, but more importantly we risk the education of entire classes of students. Useful teacher training helps prepare teachers for these upcoming situations on a classroom. Inexperienced teachers look on getting students to memorize. Without a knowledge to what does and does not compose actual student learning, teachers sometimes create lessons that don't lead to the results they were expecting. However, teacher preparation programs can help teachers understand how to find and apply effective benchmarks for student success. Reading a book is not enough or listen to an instructor tell a teacher how they need hard on too. Teachers need practice teaching combined with mentoring in order to help them understand what is required from them in their position. This will help with student teaching in the classroom setting. Being a teacher can give you a rollercoaster of emotions. There are so many ups and downs to think about when considering the profession of teaching. Being in a classroom full of students with very different backgrounds, ideas, attitudes and personalities could be a lot to juggle for someone who isn’t ready to handle it. I think in this case it would be pretty hard to make sure each and every one of your students is happy and successful 100% of the time. But there are certain cases where you can be that teacher that lifts a student up and makes them forget about all of their external issues and makes school their happy place.
I was home on leave after serving 15 months in Iraq, spending time with my family and connecting with people I haven’t seen in a while. My mother arranged for me to speak to my brother’s 3rd-grade class since they had written letters to me while I was deployed. It was something I felt that I owed since the letters were cheerful and really helped when I was over there. I was a bit nervous because I have never done something like this before, public speaking was not a strong suit of mine. While visiting with the students and answering questions I fell in love with being in the classroom. After finishing my commitment to the military, I continued my education and got my degree in Elementary Education. I am currently finishing up my 3rd year in teaching 2nd grade and love every minute of it.
Although I have had many different types of teachers, there are two that stick out more than any others. The first was my third and sixth grade teacher. She was the best teacher I ever had. The second was my seventh grade teacher. She was the worst I think a student could have had. Both, these teachers had very different teaching styles and very different out looks on teaching. To be an effective teacher the teacher must respect the student and be willing to go the extra mile to help the students learn all they can. In this paper, I will discuss the effectiveness of these two teachers and how their teaching styles differed.
The quote “I am the teacher, you are the student” almost seems demeaning. When I hear that line I can see a teacher standing over a student putting a finger and yelling at the student. As a teacher you need to be able to step into your students shoes and see how they are feeling at any given moment. Sometimes in order for a student to really learn they need to become the teacher and help others. It will make them feel special and will make them more interested in the content.
and I am going to be a junior this school year. I have three siblings and a pet turtle. My favorite color is blue and my favorite person is Beyoncé. My last science teacher was Mrs. Conyers and I took Chemistry. I have taken Life Science, Physical Science, Earth Science, and Biology (all honors). I'm not sure what science class I will be taking next year maybe Physics. I love listening to music, baking/cooking, spending time with familty and friends, volunteering, making arts & crafts, trying new foods, and shopping! I do not currently hold a job position but I want to get one soon. My weaknesess include not being able to learn a new topic through labs, group work, and I have no strengths.My most effiective way to prepare for a test is to not study the day before, but to take the time to study, looking through notes, watching lectures, playing kahoot & quizzez, and quizlet.
Moreover, in many classrooms, the majority of interactions are teacher-student, which can create a competitive environment as students vie for the teacher’s approval.
I have been a teacher for over 16 years and have taught various grade levels. I pride myself in creating a classroom that is engaging, exciting, and a place that students enjoy to come and learn. I have much experience working with students of various levels and abilities. I create an environment that is place where students can succeed and feel confident about their learning experience. To create a successful classroom, I have enlisted the help, and ideas from other faculty and staff members. I have been on teams to help other teachers make accommodations for students. I have excellent communication skills that has served me well in maintaining good communication with families and other staff members.
If I was a teacher in the Harrah Hotel College, the type of culture that I would like to create within my class would be mainly based on respect and the importance of teamwork. In my classroom culture my students will be expected (will learn) to respect different things. The class culture will teach my students to respect the time that the class starts, and the opinions’ from their fellow students. Also my class culture will create a sense of “brotherhood” between students and will promote the importance of working as a team and hopefully will teach my students to work as a part of a team.

Through the course of my observations, I was able to see and analyze the classroom interactions between the teachers and students. Throughout all the visits I made to Mrs. C and Mrs. P class, the students seemed to be engaged with the material and participated in class discussions and activities. There were a few students who would go off topic when working on group projects. Nevertheless, both teachers made sure the students stayed focused and continued to work on their assignments. If students had their cellphones out the teachers would make sure the students put it away, unless if they were using Kahoot to review. Both Mrs. C and Mrs. P were well respected and not interrupted by the students. The students
The teachers are by far the most credible in their class when it comes to the class they are teaching so doubt. However, they grew up in another time and things have changed, racial ways and social justice ways have clearly changed, yet some teachers don't respect these changes in the classroom.
There are three teachers in the classroom, one does reading/lesson circle with a small group of students, another does arts and crafts, and one of them circulates throughout the room helping students with their work-plans. The teacher that circulates around the room all the time appears to be the head teacher and when a conflict arises she is the one to mediate it. The way that the teachers speak with the children is as if they are equals, they aren’t talked down to and the students give the teachers complete respect.
The classroom I am in hosts a diverse group of learners. To give a background of the classroom dynamics we have five students with IEP’s, six struggling readers, some students with RTI’s leading to IEP’s, problematic student behavior, and gifted students. With a variety of student needs, it seems like the class would be a chaotic and imbalanced environment, but it is not. My cooperating teacher, Mrs. Spitz, has created an environment where students receive the utmost curriculum and support. Since my cooperating teacher operates in a co-teaching environment, she only teaches language arts. Her homeroom is her first half of the day, and she switches with Mrs. Shaffer’s homeroom. While I am in the classroom, Mrs. Shaffer’s homeroom is in Mrs.
For some reason or another certain students are drawn to particular teachers while other students are more fond of others. In my life I have studied under three memorable teachers. Teachers with which I was able to connect, to laugh, to share my misgivings. While I may have been close with each of these teachers, it is very clear, in retrospect, that each was very unique, and represented an entirely different class of teacher.
