What is your level of risk?
My level of risk is at a 4% risk. It is nice to see that I am on the right track of being at a low risk but even more importantly this questionnaire has showed me the importance of reevaluating myself constantly to elevate my fitness as well as preventive health measure like going to get a checkup from the doctor.
What tips were you given to lower your risk?
My risk was at an acceptable level and I was able to have stronger protective risk factors compared to my risk factors. However, even though I am at a low level of risk the key to this is being able maintain. I take it in the perspective of the Transtheoretical model of change (TTM). If I was at a high risk I most likely would have fallen in the category of either
Using the Framingham risk equation I was able to calculate the ten year risk of developing heart disease for myself, an older relative (my mother), and a case study whom we will call Danny. I first inserted my data into the equation (SBP of 115, DBP of 70, non-smoker, total cholesterol of 160, HDL-cholesterol of 50, age of 20, and no diabetes) and with that I calculated my ten year risk of 0.036%, approximately 0.04%. Next, I followed the same steps with my mother’s information (SBP of 118, DBP of 75, non-smoker, total cholesterol of 185, HDL-cholesterol of 55, age of 59, and no diabetes) and the result showed her 10 year risk was 7.3689%, approximately
Courage is to overcome a difficult subject or situation. Adversity is a difficult situation or subject. People need to have courage to overcome adversity. Many people, specifically women endure hardships and adversity. In order to overcome adversity, one must demonstrate courage. As an resident assistant in the Academy Street Complex our motto is entitled “Recognize you Impact”. This phrase is a demonstration of our residents and ourselves getting engaged on our floor, campus, & community. When looking at the Social Change Model it encourages the resident assistants to motivate our residents to be more than just a member of their complex, but to have active engagement and create a social change. However every resident assistant is working with a different demographic and situations on their floors. Personally, when looking at my situation with transfer upperclassmen it makes me want my residents to have a better experience than their past colleges.
Who did it better? When it comes to speeches you have to use pathos, logos, and ethos; especially for a funeral speech. Pathos is the use of emotion, ethos is ethics and credibility, and logos is logic. Between Brutus and Mark Anthony, from the play “Julius Caesar’’ by William Shakespeare, Antony gave the best argumentative speech using the rhetorical strategies. This is because Antony used all three strategies throughout his speech better.

A multitude of evidences show similarities between the Frankenstein’s creature and Mary Shelley’s. These indications show that the novel may be an autobiography. On the other hand, the novel shows a lot of the characteristics of science fiction. The novel cannot be classified as both, a real description and a fiction narrative, at the same time. An informed opinion about this controversy requires the evaluation of redundant critics. Sherry Ginn uses “Mary Shelley 's Frankenstein: Science, Science Fiction, or Autobiography?” to adequate argue that Frankenstein’s creature is a science fiction novel by showing that it is not an autobiography, and by showing that the novel has all the characteristics of a science fiction narrative.

To sum it up, it is evident that Transtheoretical Model of change would create positive impacts in regard to transformation of alcohol addicts while helping them to have positive behavioral changes. The traditional change model consists of three steps: unfreezing, that is, recognizing the need for change because of some event or threat, the actual change actions and refreezing, that is, incorporating new ways of operating, and thinking into the everyday operations of the organization. Apply this model to the situation at the Coca-Cola Company at the point when the lawsuit was served in 1999.
