In act 2 Macbeth should get a sword instead of a title. Macbeth should have the sword because he was a warrior and won two battles on the opposite sides of the country. “Is this a dagger which I see before me” (Shakespeare 49). Instead of a floating dagger Macbeth can polish his new sword from the generous king Duncan. Duncan should give Banquo the title Thane of Cawdor because he had as much of a hand wining the war as Macbeth. Banquo getting a hug is not enough for such a worthy soldier that is why he should have the title. The king should also give Banquo for his son a pair of shows so he can run faster if needed. "Macbeth" is a tragic play that was written by William Shakespeare in the early 1600’s. It revolved around the character Macbeth and his urge to become king of Scotland. Macbeth had to do anything possible to become the king including murder, lying, and deception. However, Macbeth committed these evil deeds due to some influential people in his life. Between Macbeth’s wife persuading him to do anything to become king and the witches prophesying over him causes Macbeth to try and bury the past and control the future.
In Act II of Macbeth, King Duncan presents Lady Macbeth with the gift of a large diamond to thank her for hosting him at her home. However, Lady Macbeth is not the only person Duncan ought to thank. First, he should reward Banquo for his services in the war. His plays take a great amount of knowledge and skill in order to capture the entire essence of his writing. However, many people have took on the challenge of making their own adaptations of Shakespeare’s plays.
In this essay I am going to answer the question above and I will do this by saying whether or not I feel sympathy for lady Macbeth and I go through different parts in the play. After reading parts of the play and watching the video I don’t’ feel very much sympathy for lady Macbeth, although I do feel some sympathy for her in some parts in the play. Over all I think that lady Macbeth is a fiend as she says stuff that’s not very nice to make Macbeth do the things that she is too scared to do herself. I also think that she is a caring person really but she needed to be made evil by witchcraft, as she would not be able to do what she does through out the play in her normal person.
