Somewhere at this very moment someone is arguing and complaining about the unfair and unequal society. One of those unfair situations is the salaries among professional athletes and how their bank accounts are filling up with enormous paychecks. Athletes are active workers just like others, they go to work and they perform. What happens if they do not perform? They will get fired. So just because athletes work with what they are meant to do does not give the right to complain about how unfair life is. Almost everyone has the opportunity to choose their own path, whether it is to be a professional athlete, salesman or a plumber. Athletes choose their way of life, and just because of individual failures or different careers the blame is put on athletes and their work. Now that is unfair and unequal Everyone can throw a ball into a basket, kick a ball into the net, or shoot a puck into a goal. How is it that athletes run around on a field and earn millions of dollars, while a doctor that saves lives earn hundreds of thousands of dollars less? That’s easy, they do not have that talent. The best basketball player in the history of the game, Michael Jordan played in the NBA for 15 seasons where he compiled 1,072 games whereof 1,039 from start.
