Going to a college in another state away from the people I knew was very scary. However, it turned out for the better. As our high school career is coming to an end, college is the only thing that is going through our heads. Most students that is. Another topic that comes to mind when thinking about college, is the cost. College is very expensive. Many adults will tell you that “once highschool is over, nothing that you did will matter.” Yes, that is true, but it shouldn’t be. I believe that if you give it all you got in high school, and work hard to get the grades, your tuition should be paid for. In my opinion, college seems to shape you into the person you have always dreamt of becoming. From meeting people from all over the world and getting to know their culture more in depth, to trying new clubs and groups. College seems to bring people together more than high school ever did for me. I hope to gain a lot of new memories, friends and a career.
