At the moment, my wrists were getting locked with silver bracelets. The red and blue lights on top of three cars blinked so brightly that a lot of people were staring at us as if we were animals in the cage at the zoo. The cops kept saying things I couldn’t even understand. All I could hear was sounds, not words nor sentences. Arizona that happened in 1966 after Ernesto Miranda was wrongfully questioned when even though he did not have to answer the questions, the prosecutor used all the information that was present to convict him. The Miranda warning must be read to someone who is being arrested by the police to let them know about their rights. It may only intend to be used during the trial but the things that someone says will be used against them for the rest of their lives if they are convicted. The criminal record will follow the individual for the rest of their entire lives.

We say thank you to our war heroes or we go and visit them and listen to their stories. In this paper I will be discussing why NFL players should not be allowed to kneel for the flag. Although the NFL players have the right to peacefully protest, they should find a different way than kneeling as it shows disrespect towards the flag also active duty military and veterans, it teaches young children this behavior is okay, what they are protesting has nothing to do with the flag and there are many different ways to get their message out.
