Thank you for your time today. I am writing to you in hope that you will understand the issue and be motivated to make changes due to it. In the united states at least 678,000 deaths each year die due to poor diet, lack of nutrition, obesity and obesity rates have tripled in children. Children all learn what they know, and that includes knowledge on a proper diet, in school, so why are schools not helping enough in this matter? Why are schools hiding healthy eating habits behind bought pizzas and chips and other junk foods in the cafeteria? We, in the united states, are required to educate children in health at schools, through P.E. and health classes, and should not undermine their work by giving out the opposite of what we suggest. Many may say that this takes away freedom or is not that big of a problem, but do children really want to be obese or unhealthy? Do students want to die young from linked diseases such as Diabetes type 2 and cardiovascular diseases? No. They would still have food choices, but they would be able to have better options to choose, ones where facts and statistics do not cause fear in parents, but happiness.
. Fact is…people are hungry…. but the San Diego Food Bank is there to help.
Our life is something that is so precious. Every choice we make impacts our life wether it be physically or mentally. When we choose to make poor life choices, it will reflect on us as individuals. Poor choices in what we consumed or how active we are will lead to a life that can lead to an early death. Obesity is an epidemic health problem that has been one of the leading causes to death. The disease itself causes sever health conditions as well as mental health issues.no one wants to become obese, but in today’s society we have been given the perfect recipe that will land us in a fight for our life. Obesity is not something that simply happens, but a lifetime of poor choices. We must discover the source of obesity and attack the health issue from the primary leading factors. We start with the source in order to help improve the lives of people everywhere who are battling this disease, as well as those who are predisposed to a higher chance of developing it.

Rigorous work, exhaustion; and unbearable temperatures. FINALLY! Time for lunch, but us students face 20 cents more each year, yet we’re provided less, lengthy lines, and undesirable food. The food provided for us is not necessarily revolting, but could be improved.

Life can be busy theses days, right? We have our careers, children, school among other things going on. Somehow, even though we want the best for ourselves and our children, making healthy meal choices can be challenging. We Tend to make bad choices, due to our hectic schedules and poor planning. How many of you find it challenging to eat healthy while on the go? How many of you would like to eat healthier and maybe save some money at the same time? As my daughter’s and my own schedule become heftier it’s been easy to make unhealthy choices. Concerned with the health risks associated with a poor diet, I decided to look into some ways that I could make changes pertinent to a healthier diet. Today I would like to share
THESIS STATEMENT: Breakfast is an essential part of your morning routine because it kickstarts your metabolism, helps you concentrate and perform better in class, and aids in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
I think lunch studies are not really appropriate for school and tell you why. First of all you don’t get that much time to work. Second of all there’s really nobody here to help us. And last but not least We don’t get that much time to eat.

Do you know how to make your body happy? Sure people tell you that a good carl’s jr. burger is the way to go. However, people don't seem to understand what they eat without the thoughts “does is taste good or why does it look like that?” People are so blinded by the taste and smell of the food to even think of what it does to their own body system. Stay alive by eating the food your body truly needs.
What if you were forced to eat foods you don’t like to eat, because of its look or smell, but it is all you have. We will focus on what it takes to be a healthy in the eyes of the government, also what classifies as fatting/"bad for you" or in other words unhealthy. Why does the officials in our government put restrictions on school foods? Is it fair, what are they hoping to achieve by applying the restrictions on schools.
Do you know what it means to be healthy? What was the last thing YOU ate? Do you realize that these things are bad for you? I get it eating healthy can be a problem for some people even though you may just be that person that chooses not to eat healthy it can still be a struggle. Everyone and their family enjoy eating things such as (Cakes,Pies,Ice Cream,Cookies,etc.) so why would you choose to eat healthy foods over that? And in this essay I will be explaining many different reasons as to why many people need to cut down on the junky foods and to start eating healthy.

When it comes down to feeding your body and mind, nothing is superior to preparing your food from scratch, with quality ingredients and served with love. If you have never experienced this phenomenon then try it out for 90 days and see how you feel. Come to that, see how your family feels as you work together in the kitchen to create a level of harmony and good health that is only possible when food is prepared in a loving manner, and eaten slowly with others. OK, so no excuses about time and schedules and…and…and. Instead let’s take a look at why preparing your food is a win-win situation for everyone.
