As time ticked away in the fourth quarter, the Denver Broncos started working on running the clock down. They ran the ball as much as they could then would punt the ball down the field and count on the Broncos defense to keep Cam Newton from getting the Panther offense going. And it worked. Von Miller, who was so big for Denver’s defense in the first half, caused Newton to fumble and the Broncos recovered the ball on the four yard line.
To begin the game, the Eagles received the ball first and it was a perfect opening drive for Wentz and the offense. With their first round selection, they took defensive end Derek Barnett, who carved out his role and racked up five sacks. In the second round, the Eagles drafted cornerback Sidney Jones, who slid in the draft due to a torn Achilles but played in the regular season finale against the Dallas Cowboys.

Is there really much to say about the Patriots offense? They are the leaders in offensive yards and the second highest scoring offense of the year (ESPN).
