Due to the weight and size of the billets it would fall under our restricted metals rules and require a Letter of Agreement (attached). Photo 088 has acceptable lateral bracing however in the nose of the container they should place buffer boards to prevent container damages. At the rear of the billets proper 2x6 floor blocking with minimum of four 2”x6”x18” back up cleats should be in installed according to the attached AAR diagrams. Photos P1070426 is not acceptable due to the concentration of weight in the two cradles supporting all the billets. I recommend to floor load all billets to distribute the weight longitudinally making flush contact with the floor and lateral cross members then add the buffer boards to the nose, proper floor
