Your physical training program will begin with an assessment of your present physical condition, which consists of: A - 10 minutes of running uphill, max distance B - 10 minutes of running flat, max distance C - 10 minutes of running downhill, max distance This assessment will determine your starting point and appropriate placement in the Training Program. You and your assistant (if any) will review your results to determine which training schedule you will follow. Commit to spending approximately 2 hours per day, 3 to 5 times a week in the conduct of physical training.
