On April 18, 2017 at approximately 15:00am I, Investigator James Poffel was contacted by Officer Donnie Cox in reference to a sexual assault report that he was dispatched to at 1000 S 32nd St Apartment #220. Once on the scene, Officer Cox made contact with the victim, Mylania Billings.

As per the ICAD review for August 23, 2014 - PO Sforza & [his partner] PO Welch were sector 83EF and they were assigned by communication to respond to Sgt. Grimm's location, Bushwick Ave & Hancock St, where the complainants were arrested.

On September 28th, 2015 at approximately 10:00am I, Investigator James Poffel was assigned a case in reference a sexual assault report. The victim, Thelma Kirk, contacted police to file a police report. Officer AJ Solis was dispatched to 325 Eastside Blvd to take the initial police report.

P/O Harris stated on Sept 13, 2011 he was assigned to the Accident Detection Unit within the Chester Police Dept. Harris didn’t recall going to any disturbance on that day and couldn’t remember what day of the week that was. After being told he responded with P/O Sabillion to a disturbance at 918 Lloyd St., Harris didn’t remember the incident.
