The team’s cumulative performance
The project path of task B(7 weeks) plus task F(10 weeks) plus task G(6.5weeks) plus task I(6.5weeks) plus task J(3.5weeks) which equals 33.5 weeks total.
The cost planning is one of important phases for project management. It will goes through whole project’s life cycle. Managing a budget and schedule can be very difficult in everyday life, let alone managing a budget and schedule for a multi-million dollar project. Many tools are available to help with project management to aid in managing a project with a vast amount of factors involved. In the article, ‘How Gantt Charts Can Help Avoid Disaster’ by Linda Russell, she explained how a Gantt chart may have helped this failed project. To name a few issues, the project didn’t have a dated project plan, the project had not determined the critical path, there was no baseline project plan, and there was a major scope change in the middle of the project. Poor scheduling management led the company to penalty charges. And all of this also pointed to poor communication.
Initial projections show that the current schedule will take 50 weeks to finish with a final budget estimate of $3.152 million. Although the project estimate comes in under budget, the time frame for completion extends beyond the acceptable 45

1. Draw a Gantt chart for the construction phase of the program. What is the completion date
4. During which month of the project are the highest and lowest costs expected to
Estimate Time and Cost: it is very crucial for every project to estimate how much time will project takes to complete and base measurement cost for entire completion of the project.
