Police officers shall conduct themselves with integrity and moral values, whether on or off duty, in accordance with the Constitution of the United States.

Criminal justice personnel shall abstain from any conduct while in official capacity that take away from the public's faith they have on the criminal justice system.

The law should be applied impartially by criminal justice professionals with no discrimination or prejudice.

Police officers, judges, attorneys, and prosecutor shall be respectful and courteous to the members of the community.

The benefits of the ethical seminar training for officers will help the community in various ways. For example, law enforcement officers should conduct themselves with integrity because they come in contact with community people on a day-to-day basis and this way the community will assist and participate in programs that the law enforcement carrying out to the community.. They should uphold the law, to the highest standards while serving in an official capacity, otherwise the public we not have trust any law enforcement personnel.
