Today, America is seemingly defined by its popular culture which has become a major export to the whole wide world. The pop culture refers to all things that people usually do and talk about, manners and beliefs that make a society grow. The culture that is well accepted and followed by everybody in the society. For every place, there is always different style of culture that all people who lives there are subject to follow in able to fit in to that given place. America is one of the major countries that influence other nations in terms of being fashionable and making life easier by having a unique way of discovering a lot of things. Being physically fit means being healthy and at the same time it helps a lot to build more confidence on how we project ourselves in the society. Sexy outfits that are hot in the eyes of public can be more noticed if the person that carries it is totally fit. It is unbelievable how mostly everybody is affected by this kind of trend. I consider myself one of the people that have been influenced by dieting. Before, I am not having problems in eating any kind of food I like. But when I gained weight and when the time comes that I’m being teased by my friends that I’m getting fat, I thought I really have to start dieting. I realized that maybe being totally aware of what’s in today is making me very conscious of my figure. When it comes to buying accessories like bags, shoes, jewelries etc., I’m trying to be more fashionable but still applying my practicality as always. Though I know that branded things had always been the center of attention of everybody, I believe that I can still have the things that are in today without spending a lot of money. We can still stand out from the crowd and be noticed without letting pop culture influence us too much in a way that we are almost losing the real us. Pop culture affects everybody in this society especially young kids like me. As we begin to develop our personalities, we somehow also begin to copy the actions of people around us. What we see and hear everywhere has a big impact
