On the above date and time I responded to 6333 Ridge Rd, Port Richey (Port Richey Police Department), in reference to a aggravated assault.
Upon arrival, I made contact with the complainant, who identified himself as Gregory Climi by his Florida ID card. Climi advised that he is a driver for Lyft and was assaulted with a handgun by one of his passengers. Climi stated that at approximately 1:40 A.M. a request for a ride came in. Climi advised that he picked up the suspect at approximately 2:04 A.M. at 8602 US 19, Port Richey (Checkers). Climi stated that the suspect wanted a ride across the street to the Mcdonalds located at 8527 US 19, Port Richey, so he could confront an employee there. Climi stated that while he was traveling to the destination the suspect picked up the firearm. Climi stated that the suspect began to wave it around and point it at Climi several times. Climi advised that while the suspect was pointing the gun at him, the suspect became aware of Climi’s concern and proceeded to rack the slide several times discarding one bullet at a time until the magazine was empty. Climi advised that the suspect then showed him that the gun was empty and then placed the bullets along with the empty firearm in a plastic shopping bag. Climi then stated that the suspect proceeded to make statements in regards to him being ex-military and how he had 40 confirmed kills. Climi further advised that the suspect stated that he was a convicted felon but had his concealed carry permit restored. Climi stated that when he arrived at his destination at approximately 2:34 A.M. the suspect asked to be picked up again at 5:30 A.M. to which Climi stated that he was not sure where he would be at that time. Climi advised that the suspect then stated that he would find him if he did not
Upon arrival and after all parties were detained and searched for weapons Sergeant Kincaid and I were advised by the victim in this case, Thomas Fitzgerald that the suspect, Duane Fisher had pointed a pistol at him and his daughter, Marrissa Rohrbach and had laid the firearm down on a piece of farm equipment prior to our arrival. At this time I was able to locate a loaded Browning Target Shooting Pistol inside a holster on top of a tractor attachment approximately
He stated the police “rolled up” and there were “about 20, 30, maybe 40 people out there. There was a lot going on and people were running and trying to get out of there. It all happened so fast. Someone passed me the gun and I just took it. I don’t know why. I didn’t want to get shot so I threw it in the dumpster. The police chased me and caught me. I guess they saw me throw it in the dumpster.” Remonds stated he did not know why he took the firearm and he does not know who it was that passed it to him. On Thursday, July 14, 2016, at approximately 0847 hours, Patrolman David Stamets had a vehicle stopped on the 100 block of East Oak Street. Immediately after Stamets stopped the vehicle Your Affiant positioned his vehicle on the 100 block of South White Street near the Oak Street intersection facing southbound. When exiting my vehicle your Affiant observed a gold Pontiac sedan accelerating northbound on South White Street at an unsafe speed towards Stamets and your Affiant's location.
While at the Boyer 's getting fuel, two juvenile females came to me to report a suspicious male. The females identified themselves as Patricia Moncrief and Hayley Stachowski. The juvenile females stated there is a male that had been parked outside the Domino 's for a while stalking a female worker. The juvenile females stated the worker was told to call the police but she did not. The females stated a male Domino 's worker came outside to confront the male and the male moved his vehicle to the Boyer 's side parking lot and remained there. The juvenile females pointed the vehicle out to me, which I observed and the male sitting inside the vehicle, I identified that male as Pena Jose. Pena started his vehicle and drove away. The

On 04-08-2016 at 2321 hours I was dispatched to 3100 Oak Grove Road in reference to domestic assault.
I responded to Piggly Wiggly on US Hwy 231 in Troy, AL in refence to a child custody call. The caller advised that there was a black older model Pontiac with an unattended child in the back seat. Upon arrival, Sgt. Wingard witnessed the car leaving and performed a traffic stop on vehicle. The driver, Carol Whatley Atwell, advised that her grandson(David Ray Powell) was playing his game inside the vehicle. Atwell advised that she told Powell that she was only going to be in the store for five minutes so he didn’t need to get out. Atwell also advised that she was in the store approxmiatly 5 minutes.
On Saturday February 24, 2018 at approximately 3:20 P.M. I was dispatched to the area of Rivergulf Rd, Port Richey FL in reference to a road rage incident involving white ford expedition along with officer Zabetka and Det. Russo.
Mrs. Hebert stated that she was going to go shooting with her friends out in the county this afternoon, 11/8/2016. Mrs. Hebert also stated that she had placed the handgun inside of her purse, but that she had taken the handgun out of her purse before coming to work, and that one of her sons could had put it back in the purse.

On 05-31-2016 at 1527 hours I was dispatched to 515 north 6th Street apartment 1 in reference to assault.
ON 09-03-2016 at 0930 hours, I was notified by Sgt Kelley of an aggravated battery which occurred at 2111 Roanoke Springs Drive. I was advised to respond to St. Joseph’s Hospital (South) at 6901 Simmons Loop in Riverview. Upon my arrival, I met with Sgt. Kelley, Deputy Karpenske # 249578 and Crime Scene Tech Dewitt. There was a black 2013 Nissan Maxima bearing Florida tag, DGV F36, parked in the emergency room parking bay. I learned the suspect, Joanna Lebrea Lewis had driven the car to the hospital for treatment of the injuries sustained during the offense. It was learned that verbal consent had been obtained from both the victim and suspect to search their residence and vehicle. It was also learned the victim, Marieio Denod Spradley,
Officers responded to 101 E Ridge Rd (Wendy's) reference a threatening report. Upon arrival, officers spoke to Elisha French (complainant) who advised that an ex-employee (Shakyra Moore) threatened her via telephone today (02/13/16) at 11:50am. Elisha advised Shakyra stated "I'm gonna come to Wendy's and beat your ass." Elisha advised that the threats are stemming from and incident that occurred on 01/26/16 (16GR00675) where Shakyra was accused of stealing money from a cash register and was subsequently fired. Officers observed Shakyra had already been trespassed from Wendy's on 01/26/16.
On the above listed date and time, I responded to 2265 Boundary Street, in reference to a follow up on case # 16B62852. I previously responded to the same incident location in reference to the complainant reporting stolen money from a cigarette box.
