My five strengths in order were Positively, Belief, Achiever, Significance, and Relator. I think positively really describes me. I look for the best in every situation and my glass is always half full and never half empty. I enjoy life and thankful I am alive. I constantly try to motivate others and I have the best sense of humor which has been essential in living my life. If I am giving a task, I complete it better and faster than most people do. I hate to be late and I hate when other people are late. It makes me think that their time is more important than mine. My second strength is Belief and I have a strong belief in God and salvation. Nothing is greater than him and all things are possible through him. I live by a strong set of core
There are strengths that I have yet to discover or recognized within myself. But, If I were to select only five strengths that I have recognized within myself, they would be: my strength of intuitiveness, the power of being a good listener, my willpower, the extreme organizational skills, and open-mindedness. All of the strengths depend on each other to thrive
I believe that my strength are that I am a fast leaner. I do not give up easily, and I also make sure if I am going go to do something I do it to the best of my abilities.
Skepticism at its finest has been overturned. As I was taking the Clifton StrengthsFinder survey, I found myself questioning how accurate the results would be; however, as I read the descriptions of each strength, I found myself looking right back at me. According to the StrengthsFinder survey, my five greatest strengths are achiever, strategic, responsibility, learner and relator.
I was very surprised with the results of this test because of its accuracy. All five of my strengths relate to me, although the order of them may be a little off. These top five are easily the most accurate towards describing me. I believe relator and adaptability are the two that fit me best and they are my number five and number two.
A third strength I have is an inner drive to be able to stick to a task and get it done. Whether it is at work or at school, if I am assigned a task I make it a point to work at it until the task is done. If a deadline is presented in front of me I have something inside of me that forces me to keep working on it until it is completed and not just completed but done first the right way. Which leads to another strength that I have is a strong work ethic. In my profession in recruiting what I do reflects me and the company that I work for. When I go to recruiting events or career fairs I represent the company that I am there for. Everything about me such as my demeanor, my dress, my attitude, etc. reflects the professionalism of the company as well as any reports or products that are produced and put out by me. I take pride in my work and
As an individual my top three strengths would be one, thinking deeply about something that I am interested about or something personal. Two, remembering, if it's something important to me I would definitely remember it. Last but not least three, being observant, is something I tend to do frequently especially when curiosity kicks in. As for my weaknesses I only have two which are leadership and patience. Leadership is something I have struggled with
My dominant strength is feeling and being able to help other people. With feeling being my biggest strength, we are best when responsible for winning peoples cooperation with personal caring and practical help. By reading on ESFJ, I found out that I am sociable, orderly, opinioned, conscientious and realistic. All of these definitions fit my personality perfectly and really define who I am.
Every person has his or her own strengths, it is what makes us individuals. For myself, the StrengthsQuest assessment helped me realize that my top strengths are adaptability, strategic, restorative, developer, and input. For most, these strengths mean nothing unless one has taken the StrengthsQuest his or her-self, usually when most think about strengths, they think of if they are a people person, if they can use a computer efficiently; stuff one usually puts on an application for a job to make his or her-self sound like an astounding candidate for employment.
Trying to decide what your personal strengths are, is hard. For myself, I have grown in my strengths, and I’ve experienced my weaknesses. My personal strengths consist of: positivity, encouragement, laughter, and love. I pick these four because I feel that I am truly strongest in these aspects of my life. Being positive is a big factor in everything I do. I always want to be happy and joyful; not only to display Christ in me, but to make others feel the way I do. I want others to appreciate life and to feel any kind of uplift in his or her spirt. Positivity plays into encouragement. I make it my goal to make others feel better about themselves. My goal coming into college was to learn and know every person(s) name that I got the chance to meet. Just taking a few minutes out of your day to truly get to know someone, is such a blessing. It not only blesses me in new friendships, but it also blesses others because they feel that someone genuinely cares about them. Laughter is another characteristic I strive to pour out onto others. I laugh at practically everything. I love to laugh, and I love to make people laugh. I’ve learned the importance of laughter, and I just want to make one person smile every day. Love is my last of the four attributes. Love is so important to me. I love creation (Trees, birds, squirrels), God, and I love people. I just want the love that God has given me, to pour out onto others. I want others to know that I love them. These are my personal strengths
Upon completion of the StrengthsFinder survey, I discovered that my five greatest strengths were Achiever, Discipline, Responsibility, Relator, and Competition. However, I was skeptical about the initial results until I read what each strength entails. I found most of the information given to be accurate. According to the description of those strengths, I discovered that I use them daily without realizing it.
My fourth strength is positivity, and this one is definitely one that describes me the most. I’m for sure a positive person, and I try to turn a negative situation into a positive and hopeful one. I’m very enthusiastic about certain things, and I can sometimes get others excited about them as well. I’ve been through a lot of change and not-so-good situations in my life, and I found that the best way to deal with is was by being positive and having a good outlook on it.
Upon taking the strength test, my five signature strengths are Appreciation of Beauty and Excellence, second quality is gratitude, honesty being the third, prudence lays at fourth and spirituality being the fifth signature strength.
My strengths would be self-motivation, organization and great patient care. I am very self-motivated and I like to stay on top of my assignments. I tend to set goals for myself to achieve throughout the day. I also like to stay organized and know where everything I need is at just in case of an emergency or an issue. Patient care is another of my strengths, I like to make sure my patients are doing well and have no further needs. That would lean towards my weakness which is spending a lot of time making sure my patient is doing well and falling a little behind, but I am working to improve that.
The strengths I have: being efficient and organize. I have to have everything a particular manner before I write, perform, or do almost any jobs. Occasionally this can cost me lots of time. The weaknesses that I have are a perfectionist and impatient at times. I was used to working at a substantially faster rate than those around me. Sharing information and interacting with others is when I learn best. Understanding my weaknesses assists me to plan methods to conquer them when I am doing tasks and socializing with others. I must be kinder to myself and less strict about matters being merely so. I also need to be more delicate and comprehensible of others who tend not to take up my perfectionist styles. I also should be patient with people who take longer time to work. Since I have got a tendency to delay works when I do not feel like doing anything, I, therefore, need to create a regular schedule with integrated rewards and times for learning and acquiring assignments done.
I believe my ability to take on multiple tasks is my strongest ability. I like to be busy, with different things to do everyday. I feel this is a good way to keep everyday exciting and refreshing. I feel one of my weaknesses is my confidence with new people. I am a shy person, but my previous experiences has made me a more outgoing person. I feel with a little more perseverance I will overcome my shyness. Another strength of mine is that I am always willing to help others. I will always check on other people to see if there is anything I can do to
