The two-storied building was built in a subdivision with the calm atmosphere of the community and its landscape. The appearance of the building is well harmonized with the surroundings. However, it gives guests the impression of dignity and openness. Directly inside the main entrance, Pudadera Accounting Office has a small but welcoming lobby with a natural concrete floor, stylish but difficult to walk on heels. There are several chairs arranged against the wall and a side table which are placed the company’s newspapers and other publications. The receptionist’s desk is facing the entrance door, and behind it sits two friendly women. Passing through the receptionists’ area which is directly leads to the main office. The area is small but it is well arranged to welcome the clients as well as guests. The receiving area has a big square table in the middle with a large window overlooking the exterior. The remainder of the office space is segmented with partitioning walls, forming a sort cubicle. The office starts its operation from 9am to 6pm from Mondays to Friday and 9am to 12nn during Saturdays. The office is closed on Sundays and during Holidays. To grow and create value, the company must have the trust of its clients, lenders and investors. The office assists their clients in the proper applications of accounting principles that will become effective. They also assist in completing certain requirements under existing rules and regulations of regulatory

Even for people who live far away, it creates a happy thoughtfulness that these places still exist in our throwaway
There are legislations at the federal government level resulting that every state in the united states of America also have state legislation covering the mandated reporting requirements. Furthermore, every agency or establishment has additional guidelines that are required for their employees to adhere to.

There are also several brand new apartment complexes, and all residences are set within a friendly neighborhood adorned with serene Mediterranean-inspired courtyards.
The wonderful blooms of the trees planted firmly, bring out the amazing blue of the sky. The old dock with mysteries that overlooks the cool water create a sense of wonder. The rustic old swing provides anyone who stumble across a feeling of comfort in the secluded forest. The tree with many years will continue to be there for anyone who has the opportunity to come across it. This sacred space gives someone a feeling of belonging as it comforts them and makes it feels safe with the vibrant colors displayed among the beauty. Members also have a continuing responsibility to cooperate with each other to improve the art of accounting, maintain the public 's confidence, and carry out the profession 's special responsibilities for self-governance. The collective efforts of all members are required to maintain and enhance the traditions of the profession.

Furthermore, during this week, I met with Linda two times, each time for two hours and discussed in more detailed the "process improvement" project that she is working on. When I began my practicum at Chicago Proton Center, one of my practicum objectives was to be able to describe the Project management and Process improvement.Thus, most of my time this week was spent learning about this project and pleased to say that I successfully achieved this goal. Subsequently, I will explain in more details what are the various parts that go into this project, the general process of how the project was initially planned, developed, and completed. While the center struggles to meet its projected patients volume, Linda's project focuses to increase patients volume by improving communication across the departments within organization, to identify the issues that other departments have that affect the overall patient flow in the Chicago Proton Center.
Mead & Hampson (1996) developed a study involving the divided visual field paradigm and a phonological rhyme/non-rhyme task to test the speed and accurateness of either side of the brain. This study was used to investigate functional asymmetry between the left and right hemispheres in phonological processing. The research was taken out equally on 15 male and 15 females London Metropolitan University students ranging from ages 18 – 35 years old. They were all specifically chosen to be right–handed and had English as their first language thus providing a fair experiment to see whether our left hemisphere (left side of the brain) or the right hemisphere is faster and more accurate. The Mandatory Reporting Training available from the Arizona Child Abuse Info Center is a free on-line training open to anyone but targeted toward Mandatory Reporters. Mandatory Reporters are designated by Arizona State Law, ARS 13-3620. They include five categories of reporters: professional reporters, peace officers/ clergy members, parent/stepparent/guardian, school personnel/ victim advocates, and “any other person who has the responsibility for the care or treatment of the minor” (Arizona State Legislature, n.d.). As Social Workers, we are responsible under this law to report if, in the course of our professional practice, we develop any reasonable suspicion of abuse toward a minor.
1.1 Aim: This report will highlight two methods that can assist in the reduction of the gender gap so that it will increase the likelihood of attaining equal chances for both men and women and also ensuring that the wages given to each one of them are fair.

The entryways of the building come from four different sides and meet in the middle. The overall shape of the building creates different views and facades. The building was not created just on the looks of it; it is made up of a three dimensional, stimulating, tactile human thing.
From the rooms on the first and second floor, the views of the city can be seen as there is a small balcony for each room that open onto this narrow airwell, water feature and the old party wall where the guests can have a cup of tea or coffee enjoying the beauty of the city. With the design which has lots of open and exposed spaces as well as the floor-to-ceiling glass windows and the modern comforts and fittings, plenty of natural light can penetrate into the room although they are compact and minimalist. Each light-filled guest room has a glass-enclosed compact bathroom with the privacy is protected as those glass walls are facing the mouldy walls of the adjoining shophouse.
