I hope you and your family are doing well and continuing to enjoy the blessings our heavenly Father gives to us each and every day.
Last summer I was given the phenomenal opportunity to go to the nation of Puerto Rico with One To The Other Ministries. I left that island changed. I was able to see The Gospel in action; God’s Truth shown to those who craved it. My friends, Jesus worked miracles on that island. The crippled were healed, the thirsty were given water. Hundreds were saved through Christ’s power! Can I get an Amen?? ;)
Now, on July 8th-22nd, I once again am ecstatic to embark on another mission for God. This time to Argentina! We’ll once again be performing the anointed drama of “Spellbound” also known as, “Toymaker’s son” all around the beautiful country of Argentina. This theatrical drama quite simply tells the greatest story ever; the story of the life, death, resurrection, and rescue plan of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We KNOW that The Holy Spirit will

I’d like to invite you on this mission by joining and supporting me in prayer for Argentina and the OTTOM team. Prayer is a tool God gives us to change the world, and I’d be honored if you would petition Our Lord for this ministry. Now, OTTOM’s outreach to Argentina will cost $3,000 per person. I am working to this goal by cooking and selling meals, working with my grandfather, and filling in odd jobs when I can. Even though three thousand dollars is a lot of money, I rest assured knowing that my Father always provides. And I’d like to ask you to prayerfully consider being a part of that provision. Any contribution given through OTTOM for this mission is totally tax deductible. Contributions/checks need to be made out to OTTOM with “Drew Magness/Argentina” written in the memo section. Checks can be mailed to either Drew Magness, 4908 S. 267th E. Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74014 OR the address listed in the
Per Reporter: Onslow County received a report on 1/22/18 with concerns of the living condition of the home; dirty home feces on the floor and body odor. During the investigation, there were concerns with the mental health status of both parents. Shomari has been inpatient twice for making suicidal statements. Gabriella is diagnosed with bipolar, ADHD & Depression, which she is not being treated for. Previously Gabriella and Shomari had a verbal altercation about ordered food; Shomari’s food arrived before Gabriella’s did. Gabriella became upset, went upstairs and wrote her suicidal thoughts down. Gabriella went downstairs and handed Shomari the paper. Gabriella and Shomari stated that Sabastian was sleeping during the altercation. There have
Yeah, I know it’s been awhile, huh? I definitely miss you too. I hope your health is getting better. I can’t wait to see you and the family again. How are you and your family doing?
I am writing to you today to tell you about an exciting opportunity I have through my school, Liberty Christian. My senior class will be going on a mission trip to COSTA RICA from Saturday, May 6, 2017 to Friday, May 12th. During this time, we will be working with the mission agency SCORE International in order to serve God by serving the Costa Rican people. We will have opportunities to serve and minister to the people we meet through various service opportunities, such as: children’s ministry, preaching, drama, and humanitarian aid distribution.
I am an Emeritus General Authority from the Quorum of the Seventies, native of Mexico, and I have written a small book to encourage young people to go on a mission.
Jacobo Timerman’s memoir Prisoner without a Name, Cell without a Number both details Timerman’s time in captivity at the hands of the Argentine military government and examines the political climate in Argentina that allowed said government to “eliminate reality” (13) and plunge the country into chaos. Timerman exhaustively covers all forms of oppression – from various physical tortures to outright violations of the law – that the military government carries out in order to convey to the reader the idea of the military government’s “philosophy of repression” and illustrate the direness of the Dirty War. Many of the grievances committed against Timerman and his companions (like the 10,000 “disappearances,” or torture by electrocution) may stand out as particularly egregious examples of the military government’s oppression of the people. However, I believe that the military government’s hunger for complete control of Argentina and its people stands as the worst and most important aspect of its repressive philosophy, and that this need for control encouraged many of the actions that left lasting scars on both Timerman and Argentina itself.
appreciate them for all the encouragement. The Lord allowed me to raise my children well, and He
Stay strong, have courage to face the challenges our family is facing today. And above all remain in God; be humble in his sight.
(To Aid) Plan a speech on the balcony….charity has overstayed it’s welcome in Argentina. I will talk myself to the president.
Shortly before my recent mission trip to Haiti, I decided to take the chance and sign up for a mission trip for Ecuador in June 2016. As I was trying to convince my parents to sign off on the trip, their one concern was the funds that I would need. I continuously told them that if it is God's will, He will provide. Now, a short three months after they agreed to let me go, I am happy to say that I have more than half of the funds needed to go. With that being said, I am still short on money for the actual trip which includes a place to stay, my plane ticket, meals, some construction tools and other expenses while on the trip. Although this stuff is mostly paid for at this point, their are other expenses that I need covered. With this being said,
I hope everything has been going well in your lives and hope that you take the time to read this out, though I'm not sure how many of you still use this, but I figured I'd write this out for the record at the very least and maybe I can get a hold of a few of you.
Hi, my name is Cassidy. I am raising money to go to Peru for my high school Spanish class trip in 2018. My goal is to save up $4,000 by detasseling, babysitting, and doing fundraisers. I have over a year to save up. I love traveling and to be able to go to Peru would be amazing. It is a once in a lifetime and wonderful learning experience. It would mean so much to me if I could raise enough money for this trip. I would extremely grateful if you would donate some money toward my trip.
Day of the dead is mostly celebrated on November first and second. Those of Mexican decent in the celebrate the life and afterlife of their loved ones. They cook food, put up bright colors, and put a picture of the diseased on their graves. To guide them back to this world to celebrate their life.
Missionary work continue here in Tucson, from the time the sun rises in the morning until it goes down in the evening. Nothing will ever change that fact that there are people who desire to come closer to Christ. I am honored to be a part of this great and wondrous work.To be able to feel the love of God as I teach and testify of his Son Jesus Christ. That to me is
The film Boys Don’t Cry, revolves around the life of a transgender person, Brandon Teena, and his life and eventual murder. The film begins with Brandon and his cousin Lonny at a skating rink, where Brandon meets a young girl. Later they are seen making out as he drops her off at her house, it cuts to Brandon being chased by people who are apparently related to the girl yelling homomorphic slurs and threatening her. Her and her cousin, who is also gay hideout in their trailer and it is relived that Brandon is not a boy but actually a girl. The argument between her and her cousin reveal Brandon no longer believes that he is a boy, and that even his mother used to “lock her up” presumably because of her transgender behavior. Brandon’s cousin
