Five (5) Year Expansion Plan
The first year of operations will be dedicated to launching the initial product line of microwavable meals. The company will focus its efforts on the initial product launch and advertising. During the first year, the company will evaluate sales on a quarterly basis and assess the potential for new products.
In the second year, the company will invest money in Research & Development for brand extensions and new product lines. During the second year, the company will focus on promoting the existing products while testing prototypes of the new brand extensions. The company’s goal is to produce snacks, juices, and health bars. Therefore, extending the brand is crucial to the company’s success.
In the third year, the company will launch its brand extensions. Increased marketing and advertising will be given to these products to increase sales. Based on the success of the brand extensions, the company will have the funding to expand into the global market.
During the fourth year, Wholesome Food plans to expand into the global market. The company will research areas with high volume demand for organic products. During this period, the company will need to establish a global distribution network and a plan to export products to other countries.
