Peer/Self Evaluations: Team Description: Anthropology 324 class, took part in creating a documentary during the semester about a local artist. Each team had about 9 members. Each team divided their members up into 3 subgroups (Pre-Production, Production and Post-Production) that had 3 members. The team must coordinate and take part in other duties such as helping in any which way they can to finish the documentary on time. The team is graded based on individual performance and as well as team ethics to do the necessary tasks for the documentary.
Everyday we ask ourselves, “Did I make the right decision?” Whether it is in regards to family, friends or co-workers we constantly do self assessments. Self-assessment is defined as a process through which individuals gain knowledge about themselves. This includes information about their likes and dislikes as well as their reactions to specific situations. I chose to assess myself positively in all of the categories because I felt that I did a good job of thoroughly responding to and completing each of the requirements. I came to the discussion with a several page response to each of the four questions that I posed in relation to the text, complete with a highlighted and annotated copy of the story to use as a reference point. During the discussion itself, I referred to how the specific actions of each of the characters in the story might be interpreted and related in a more broad sense to the meaning of the work as a whole. Henrietta: Pam Gilmore enjoys working with others here at Master Media and she is a reliable agent. She is always on time for her scheduled shift and remembers all passwords. Pam does well reviewing her updates before taking her first call. She does display good listening skills. Pam listens to her callers and she will do all she can to meet their need. Pam has a kind customer service demeanor; however she does seem easily frustrated at times. Even in the mist of frustration she is very respectful of her tone at all times. Overall, I encourage Pam to be more positive in the workplace. Often she has a difficult time understanding policies and procedures. Introduction Over the quarter, I have completed 14 self-assessments that have opened my eyes to who I perceive myself to be and how this can affect my future career path. All 14 of these assessments focused on an aspect of my personality that is embedded and seen in how I view situations and how I conduct my daily life. I took the self-assessments very seriously and asked my family members and current housemates for feedback throughout this process. Some of these assessments confirmed my personal thoughts on the matter and few of the assessments opposed and revealed new qualities about myself that I had not thought of. Overall, this was a revolutionary experience and I would suggest thing process to anyone who wants a clear vision of him/herself.
The Qualitative Thematic Self-Analysis Research consists of listing themes and locate the data sources for the self-assessments and discussion topics. The data sources I retrieved are starting from week 7 to week 10. We compiled the information the self-assessments and was required to acquire specific information from these assessments and inputted under the relating theme.
My self assessment test made me think about myself in a new way. I’ve never sat down and thought about my weaknesses and strengths. By taking the assessment, I realize there are areas that I need improvement. I feel confident my strengths will help me overcome my weaknesses and be successful in my academic journey.

Self-assessment assignment Strengths 1. Creativity I believe if there is a need, there must be a way to fix it. I enjoy testing different thoughts e.g. reverse the working time at night in summer to benefit from cooler environment (evaluate the net benefit of working at nights). The process of creation is strict as follow: Whenever I feel there is any needs retrieved from my personal issues, I would try to figure out whether it can be generalized into public shared issues. If so, I will come up with one or several initial option(s) that could possibly solve issues and then evaluate it/them based on my knowledge.

In the personal assessment it asked a series of questions that directed my explanatory style to being very or typically pessimistic as well as optimistic. The interpretation that the personal assessment described about me was that I tend to have an average level of pessimism about negative events and optimism about positive events.
Overall success begins with understanding your own tendencies in a large arrangement of categories. Teamwork is simply a group of individuals bring their own personal styles together with the goal of building a single cohesive idea, which could easily be derailed by conflicting personalities and hardheadedness. The future prosperity of an organization depends on the success in the individuals and teamwork. On an individual level, it is necessary to look at general personality, motivation, decision making, values, and attitude. Strong tendencies in any of those parts can dictate how someone may act in a group setting and understanding the differences can allow people to be more tolerant to conflicting styles of work. By having an
