Project Engineer : The Shear Complexity Of The Project

PROJECT ENGINEER QUESTIONNAIRE
What did/do you like about your current position?
What I liked most about my previous project engineer intern position was the shear complexity of the project. Hundreds of workers for numerous subcontractors used to be present every day on site and the management of their activities, quality, schedule and cost of the project was challenging and exciting.
What frustrates you about your previous/current position?
I spent a major amount of time managing the document controls, and RFI, submittal and change order processing. This provided me lesser opportunities to focus on other important aspects of the project. Also, the three months’ time I spent during the internship was too less to involve myself in all the project management aspects there.
What kinds of people do you like to work with?
I prefer to work with organized and methodical individuals. I would like to be with people who are friendly and supportive, with whom I can work in a great team together.
What kind of people do you find it most difficult to work with?
I find it difficult to work with people who are insincere and lazy. Anybody who is not a team player and can cause the morale of the whole team to fall would be difficult to work with.
Describe your ideal job.
My ideal job is where I can simultaneously learn and enjoy what I am doing. I would like to be involved in all the project management activities from the planning of the project to closeout. A comprehensive experience

1 INTRODUCTION
The choice of a design concept for a bridge foundation is guided by various factors; several of these
factors are indeed of technical origin, like the environmental conditions in a broad sense, but others non
technical factors may also have a profound impact on the final design concept
Since the optimal angle of the columns for maximum bending rigidity is 90 degrees and that of the diagonals for maximum shear rigidity is about 35 degrees, it is expected that the optimal angle of diagonal members for Diagrid structures will fall between these angles and as the building height increases, the optimal angle also increases. Usually adopted range is 60 -70 degree
The e Deepwater Horizon oil spill at the Macondo well began on April 20, 2010, in the Gulf of Mexico on the BP-operated Macondo Prospect. An explosion on the Deepwater Horizon drilling rig on 20 April 2010 killed 11 people and caused almost 5 million barrels of oil to flow into the Gulf of Mexico. The spill covered 68,000 square miles of land and sea and triggered a response effort involving the use of nearly 2 million gallons of dispersant chemicals (Pallardy). Considered the largest accidental

Our goal of this project is to help the small scale production with an electric oven by using the reflow method. PCB manufacturing process has become one of the most essential part of the electronics production lifecycle. PCB manufacturing creates many new areas of technology and this has resulted in significant improvements to be made in the reduction of component sizes. In recent years worldwide small production of electronic components has increased exponentially. So our projects has the similar

You ask some good questions. Let 's start with the considerations to keep in mind. You 'll do well by separating the projects that you may wish to undertake. Porting your Unix application to Linux is a different animal than using Linux to replace your NT boxes for file and print services. The former is much more complex then the latter. Both actually start with applications. If you have off-the-shelf applications that run only on NT Servers, and you absolutely do not want PC clients to run these

Stake holders. Numerous methods have been tried over several years for mapping the functions of business on software, however most of them have been limited to conversion of data from legacy Systems to new systems till the advent of ERP System. Many projects have failed, new systems were not up to the task and this meant additional cost and loss of business. With the arrival of ERP, all this has changed.
Advent of ERP’s has led to introduction of new tools, custom methodology databases and applications
