Abstract
This paper focuses on project managers and the conflicts that limit their success on projects. Even though we are in the twentieth century there are still many problems for project managers. In business there are many re-occurring problems all the time as project managers. The issues that arise at times are structured in a way because there are more than one project manager involved and this allows for the possibilities of more re-occurring problems, or where their responsibility’s may not be fully defined. Some of the methods that will be proposed in this paper will

Introduction
As project management the success of the project is determined by using proper planning and proper execution of the project. It also covers a new way to conceptual reformulation of analyzed measures and program to help track these kinds of uncoordinated productivity measures. It covers the lack of programs and by using graphical displays and empirical. There are two concepts to virtuous circuit of productivity and socially embedded productivity (Gokhan Kocer, R. 2014). This paper is focused on the projects management’s issues and challenges that creates conflicts for project managers being successful.
Literature Review
As project management struggles to gain ground with these difficult hurdles, there are many more problems that await them in the future. With the changing technology there is more pressure from upper
Project management with its concepts, theories, methodologies, tools and techniques has developed during the last 30 to 40 years. There are number of other methods of project management which have emerged in recent years, and also started to be used in various projects by both the private and public sectors. Although some modern theories of project management are developing, that doesn’t mean that the traditional ones are no longer used or suitable for current project management practices. Both the traditional and modern project management approaches are still used in everyday project practices, though there have been some debates whether to rigorously adhere to the traditionally accepted approach or to apply newer and modern approach, because the traditional ones are considered to be
In the current business environment, the demand for project managers is ever growing. In short, project management is a provisional project constrained by time, cost and scope (A guide to the project management body of knowledge, 2013). Between the immense organization, optimization, and communication assets skilled project management brings to a project, it is easy to see why project management is a booming field of study. Furthermore, project management can be both financially and personally rewarding when long term milestones and goals come to fruition.
Project management provides reasonable scientific solutions in order to overcome difficulties and achieve success. Each project has a variety of objectives have to achieve, these objectives are vary and can be for organization objectives or for social objectives. However, the project objectives could face some obstacles could be lead to limited success. The attempt to discover the factors of project success and project failure was not easy task for both scholars and expertise. These definitions can provide a close understanding and explanation for these terms. Many project management literatures have variety definitions of project success. (Adinyira, 2012) pointed out that Pinto and Slevin (1988) defined the success as delivering projects on proper time, cost and quality. Others like westerveld, elizabith have different ideas regarding the success that are related to the judge of stakeholders and organizational management. However, nowadays success become more complex issue to determine, it is not only meeting the costs and time it is belonging to the typology and sector of the project

There is not only one factor impacting IT projects. Multiple factors are present such IT changing, creating shortage of IT skill sets, complexity, every new IT project implies more difficulty, size of the projects, among others. Project managers should be aware and encouraged to work based on three fundamental concepts in order to deal with these impacts on IT projects; cost, time and scope.
Organizations leaders are facing difficult challenges because of the rapid changes in government and technology, which has created pressure in organizations. The aforementioned changes have made way for a new type of management; project management, far different from the traditional structure for managing. This document will describe the definition of a project. The paper will also touch basis on the basic phases of the project life cycle and their purposes, and why it is important for organizations to use project management to accomplish tasks.
Projects are being born all around us and can be found in every facet of life – they can range from say the relatively simple task of organising and executing a dinner party to mega projects such as the construction of the Channel Tunnel. This paper aims to investigate some fundamental questions relating to the make –up of the project lifecycle, failures that can occur within it and the effect that good project management

According to the Standish Group, successful IT projects range from 16-35% over the past 20 years (Dominguez, 2009). This is a clear indication that something is inadequate with IT project management. This shows than in any given year more than two thirds of all projects will fail. This is a very dismal statistic that must be corrected in order to ensure long term success for any organization. In order to begin this correction, it is imperative to understand the final results of projects which deem them failures, reasons why the project ended with these results, and recommendations to prevent future failures.
Scenario D was a challenging assignment to complete within the project objective goals set by the executives. Even though I was able to complete the project on time, I was unable to keep my budget on track and keep the morale of my team between eighty-five through ninety-five percent. This week’s lesson has taught me how valuable a project manager is to the success of the organization’s project. Not only it is our responsibility to be a problem solver, it is the project manager’s job to be the collective voice of the stakeholders to outline the practicality of the project demands. This week’s readings helped me gain insight of what a project manager needs to do and bring to the table when a project’s demands will overall jeopardize the success of the project. The overall theme of this paper outlines how important it is to have transparent top-down and bottom-up communication. I also will express how vital it is to create strategic alignment throughout the lifecycle of the project.
According to the author Munns.K.A, Bjeirmi.F.B (1996), organizations are using different techniques to manage projects. The perception of project management is varied from company to company and country to country. For example, government projects will have different control mechanisms compared to the private sector commercial projects. In private sector the return on investment in financial terms is a priority, and social benefits are the main focus for federally funded projects. Political influences and bureaucrats interferences in the execution and outcome of projects are rampant in public funded initiatives. As the author Munns.K.A, Bjeirmi.F.B (1996) argued, the role of different project management techniques to implement projects successfully has been widely established in areas such as the planning and control of time, cost and quality.
Abstract:now a days business has been growing with lots of changes in technological environment. These have brought very effective changes to project management.project management includes implementing, controlling, goals and identifying tasks which are to be achieved.the concept of the project and project management involves project evaluation, project selection, project planning fundamentals.project cost control and scheduling of a project in critical methom(cpm) which are crucial to technology-intensive organizations which have been discussed.a project is a sequence structure that are connected with many activities and having one goal and that should be completed by the given time within budget and at required specifications.each and every projects have specified with starting date and ending date and they are completed in time.there are some operations that has only starting date but that doesnot have ending date.management is also involves different methods such as planning, executing, controlling and managing in order to achieve the given particular task.by these methods we cannot ensure the complete success but there is a chance to attain success.stakeholders are also plays an important role in this project management along with project team members.
Since the dawn of civilization, projects have been understood as an endeavor to obtain a specific result. Wysocki (2011) defines a project as “A sequence of unique, complex, and connected activities that have one goal or purpose and that must be completed by a specific time, within budget, and according to specification”. Through the centuries, the projects have become more complex, with more variables. The mid-twentieth century was marked as a significant transition regarding the way we build projects. The 60s brought us the term software crisis, which drives us to develop better techniques in software engineering and project management. Even being product of the private sector, the Project Management also became important to the public
This work is based on the premise that stakeholders have a huge level of influence on a project and they explicitly or implicitly have a high stake on the success or failure of a project. It’s a common understanding that the success and effectiveness of a project is directly proportional to the competency of the project team. Rarely is it understood that the success or failure depends on actual contributions from multiple sources like senior management, operational and functional managers, suppliers, contractors, support teams, customers and the project sponsors. The project manager owns not only the project but also the task of having all stakeholders and dependents involved. The project manager must have a substantially broad influence circle, and their management style requires constant interaction to gain the cooperation and attention of those on whom the project depends. Precisely, the project manager must be a natural leader than a good manager.
Project management, is a strategy that works proportionally with the effort put into it from every aspect, whether it’s human resource, Physical resource or time. The skill and knowledge of an individual/team put into the application of techniques, and the tools and materials for the realisation of the project should all be taken into account to build what is called a successful project.
