The recent modernising of the brand image has provided the perfect opportunity for the business to be more approachable and accessible through these types of initiatives. This project is about engaging only the community groups for this demographic in Victoria. To begin with we will be researching the type of services we could offer these community groups in order to engage their participants. The roll out of iPads with our products’ and services loaded on them is the main deliverable. Success will be determined by the number of community groups wanting to come on board as well as log and use times for the iPads. Careful planning will help to identify the needs of the project while distinguishing potential issues and roadblocks with implementation. The purpose of this paper is to describe the DNP project stakeholders, assess the current environment, provide data on the project need, identify the problem, provide the strategy for improvement and provide a case study for reference.

The process of budgeting is highly dependent on length of the tasks, number of associates assigned for that and resources assigned to the project.
