I think alot of people do believe that takeing there animal with them to work is are would be a good idea and would improve there workplace, but i don't think a bring your dog to work program is a good idea. My first reason is not all people can be around dogs are anyother animals due to allergy's. Some people are also affraid of dogs because they have had a bad experience with a dog mabe had one bit them are worse. Dogs at work with you would more than likely cause alot of stress mental and possibly physical as well because they get to trying to play are something and knock things over causeing damage to office equipment. I also believe dogs are unsanitary and spread germs by licking those around them. Dogs may not be well behaved at the
Dogs, in my opinion, make very wonderful pets. Allowing a dog into a workplace makes sense in some ways, but I would definetly not support it. People who support the idea claim they would feel more relaxed, have less stress, and be more
Although it would be nice for dog owners to bring their pet to work with them sounds like a good idea some employees might be alergic to the dogs. In addition to being alergic some employees could have had past experiences with a dog, like being bitten or chased by one and may be anxious around dogs. Furthurmore, dogs are usually very unsanitary and could spread bacteria or diseases throughout the workplace just by licking.
I'm very surprised on this idea about bringing pets to work. Office is a place where we are supposed to be focus on work we are allow to accomplish so bringing pets in my opinion is one kind of distractions.
Bringing your dog to work is wonderful. It makes you feel so relax and who doesn't like to feel relaxed. Researchers have found that when pet owners bring their dog to work, they feel less stressed out and feel less anxiety. Feeling more relaxed at work provides a better work enviorment. And having a better work enviorment increases the amount of work being done. Also, having your dog at work makes you more productive than not having your pet at work. When you have your dog at work you feel more at
I am quite the animal lover and I believe this idea should be well thought over. Not everyone would agree with this idea to have your dog in the work place do to alergies or they could even be afraid of your dog. To help
Bringing dogs to work is not a good idea. To allow employees to bring their dogs to work will be a distraction for them and may lead to a desatisfaction job or result. Having pets at work will be a distraction for employees and mostly for who are allergic or afraid to pets because they will be looking around to ensure that they are safe. Another possibility example to not bring pets to work is that it may lead to a disatisfaction job in order, pets owners will take most of their time to take care of their pets instead of doing correct their jobs. This delay can easily affect the job as well the result of a project.
I support our decision on Bring Your Dog to Work program. I think it could be a really good idea. Especially, for those who have no pet sitters at home. It can be a real productive thing, if people took it seriously.
After reading both sides of supporting and againts it, there are many pro's and con's to the "Bring Your Dog to work" program. Both sides have great examples of how this program could work and how it could not work.
After reading the two responses from the employees about the "Bring Your Dog to Work" program, I belive that bringing your dog to your workplace should not be acceptable. There are many issues regaurding this idea such as; employees may be allergic to dogs, not knowing how your dog will behave around others, and the amount of attention they will need. These issues can prevent future problems.
I believe that having dogs in a work place may be more of a nuisance than a benefit. Not all dogs are behaved well or responnd well to new enviornments. Also some people are allergic to dogs which would cause a whole new hassle of it's own because though some people may be less stressed the people with allergies suffer the whole time at work.
Deciding whether or not I should agree with dogs being allowed in our work place was very tricky for me. I appreciate your desire to make sure every employee feels comfortable and stress-free at work. Also, I adore dogs and would love to able to have my furry-friend alongside me all day long. However, after looking at the pro's and con's, I'd have to say I do not agree with this idea.
First of all,not everyone likes dogs or is comfortable around them.Like many Americans,I am allergic to dogs. My co-worker Greg is anxious around dogs because he was once bitten by a friend's dog. Companies are legally required to provide a safe, healthy work environment for their employees. Allowing dogs in the office is likely to cause physical or psychological distress for some employees, creating an unhealthy workplace for them. Further, dogs are unsanitary and occasionally spread disease to humans. they may bring in bacteria that could get into our office, kicthen, and our food,or they may
While I understand the advantages, having dogs in the workplace could be detremental to some employees. Due to my own experience in the working enviorment. When I see a dog near me I become very excited and distracted, therefore breaking my consentration. Some employees may be distracted however some may not.
First of all, If there were to be a bring your dog to work day than it might not be a good idea. In the seccond response the text states "not everyone likes dogs or is comfortable around them. Like many americans, I am allergic to dogs" I totally agree with this. We would have to send out forms to the parents asking whether the child is allergic to dogs or if they're scared of them. If some of the kids were scared of dogs that would be a big violation right there. Parents would be calling in and asking all these questions about the pets and most likely complaining. In my
First, having family that have been bitten by dogs and hearing there experience and trauma they received during the ordeal; puts me on a bias position. Eventhough, I personally have not gone through any threatning situation with a dog. I'am aware of how dogs can easily be irritated by many means, such as; rapid physical movements, loud noises, unfimiliar people and countless more. Bringing a dog to work, might seem like a good idea to some; and I do try to understand dog lovers' standing on this issue, and the benefits of bringing there dogs to work. But the risk outweight the benefits.
