Pros And Cons To Bring Your Dog To Work

Deciding whether or not I should agree with dogs being allowed in our work place was very tricky for me. I appreciate your desire to make sure every employee feels comfortable and stress-free at work. Also, I adore dogs and would love to able to have my furry-friend alongside me all day long. However, after looking at the pro's and con's, I'd have to say I do not agree with this idea.

I, along with the author of, "Against Bringing Dogs to Work," believe that dogs should not be allowed in the workplace because they can be a distraction or harm other employees or property.

In Support of Bringing Dogs to Work I believe letting your employees bring their dogs to work is a great way to boost their motivation and work ethic.

Bringing your dog to work could cause many issues. a couple of them could be the allergys, behavior of the dogs, and the feelings of people who dont particularly like dogs First off, and possible the biggest reason as to not bring animals into the workplace,

My postion on wether dogs should be allowed in the workplace is that i disagree.I disagree because i think it is not healthy for the work inviroment.Some people are not comfortable around dogs and others have allergies.Some dogs also have behavior problems as well.So here are some more reason why i do not agree with a dog being in the work place.

I am a dog owner myself. I love my dog Roxy. I love her like she's my own child. When I leave her in the mornings when I go to work, I have a tendency to worry about her alot. It would be alot easier on her and I if she was was just with me. I dont think I could ever work late, even if I wanted to; knowing she was all alone and needing me.

I think the idea of bringing your dog to work is a bad idea because some people are allergic to dogs, some people have had bad experiences with dogs so it may cause them emotional distress, and because you have to care for a dog through out the day so therefore it would cause people to have to stop work to care for the dog.

I disagree with the Bring your dog to work program. I have had dozens of dogs and from my experince they will be a distraction from stuff you need to do. I think if would be counterproductive to bring pets in the work place simply because the mess they would make while they are there. Some animals do not get along it will cause more work and time to deal with them.

I do not belive that dogs should be allowed in the workplace as a perminate policy. Although dogs in the work place may cause some improvements the decline in workers progress will be determental.
