Protein is an essential part of the human diet; and, there are numerous foods that one can consume in order to ingest adequate amounts of dietary protein. For example, various meats, nuts, dairy products, vegetables, and seafood contain this nutrient. So, it is possible to modify one’s eating choices in order to incorporate protein into the diet. However, some individuals chose to use supplements in order to boost protein intake. Of course, many debates exist regarding whether supplements are healthy options.
