• Drizzle meat with olive oil and sear the meat in a 260 degree Celsius oven for 10 minutes on each side. Combine liquids and vegetables, pour over meat, drizzle with the olive oil, cover and cook at 180 degrees Celsius for 3 hours.
• Freezes well in a zip-locked bag for up to 4 weeks.
• Alternatively: Can keep potatoes separate and shallow fry in a pan with sunflower oil for 6 minutes until golden brown and serve as an accompaniment.
