There are a lot of good television shows to watch. My top three television shows are
Psych, Criminal Minds, and Baby Daddy. First, Psych is my favorite because it’s really funny.
It’s based on a character who has a gift with his memory and it help him solve cases easily.
Second, Baby Daddy is also a comedy and a romance show with a group of friends helping rise a baby who was left on their door step for the dad to raise. Finally, Criminal Minds is my favorite.
It’s about a team who study people’s minds and behavior to help them solve cases, something I might want to major in someday. There are plenty of good television shows to watch, but these are my top three
Broadcasters used these shows in attempt to control the thoughts of society, as well as

As a stay-at-home mother, I find myself in front of Netflix often when I finally have a chance to relax; suspenseful shows that put me on the edge of my seat are my guilty pleasure. Frequently, I find myself watching medical dramas, crime procedural dramas, or science fiction shows. Even though I have watched them over and over, a few of my favorites are: Bones; Dexter; Gray’s Anatomy; Fringe; and House, M.D. They always draw me into their storylines and welcome me into their world, season after season. In fact, my favorite show of all time would be House, M.D. due to the medical mysteries, my relatability to the main character, and the humor.
Television has been a huge part of our culture since the early 1950s. Although it was developed early, because of World War II commercial broadcasting was put on hold until after the war. Since 1950 television has progressed rapidly. In the 60s color television was invented which brought shows to a whole new level. Primitive forms of cable television existed as early as 1948 but cable did not become a significant medium until the 80s. Everyone in the country was watching the big four networks which were CBS, ABC, NBC, and Fox Network. Fox Network came later on but made a big impact (Hanson, 2016, p.222). One of the most popular types of shows on these networks are situational comedies or sitcoms (British Comedy Guide). Sitcoms
One of Americas best drama television shows is Law and Order SVU (Special Victims Unit). This show was first aired in the year 1999 and is currently 16 years old. This show presently has 17 seasons and is still in production today. The overall plot of this show is based on a specific unit called SVU, whom deals with the most obscene cases. During the one hour show many exciting events happen and it constantly maintained a state of arousal. Anyone interested in this show can watch it on two different stations, the USA channel and the KDOC channel. It appears at around diner time and is available till about nine at night. If you have never seen Law and Order SVU, it is rated 8 out of 10 stars on IMDB(Internet Movie Data Base) and it is definitely worth giving it a try.
When I was younger, I would say that NCIS was my favorite show. Obviously because it brought me to the decision I wanted to be involved in forensics when I got older. Now I find myself interested
John Douglas, as one of the first criminal profilers and his colleagues defined criminal profiling as an investigative technique for indentifying the major personality and behavioural characteristics of anindividual based upon an analysis of the crimes he or she has committed (Douglas, Ressler, Burgess & Hartman, 1986, p.405). In the famous American television series Criminal Minds, profiles are widely used. The show is set in Quantica, Virginia, there are some special agents of the FBI’s Behavioural Analysis Unit who are known as behavioural analysist or profilers. They solve the cases which involves serial killers, analyse their thinking patterns and characteristics, predict their behaviour before next killing and help the local police to catch the murderer.
Classics are what we like most, but there are also the other ones that are not known that much! Pete likes How I Met Your Mother and The Office. You may listen music while studying, but he prefers watching these series again. I should ask him who the mother is because I just stop watching the series, How I Met Your Mother, when I realized it was too long and I didn’t have that much time to watch a series just to figure out who the mother is. Kameron likes The Gray’s Anatomy, The 100 and Zoo that I am looking forward for its new season; however I stopped watching The 100, spoiler alert, the most handsome guy in the series is killed. I am pretty sure Merissa is upset as much as I am that Netflix doesn’t have any of the Harry Potter movies. Merissa likes a little crime and mystery; therefore, Narcos is one of her

7. The Last Man on Earth - 2014 - Still Running - I begrudgingly add this show to the list because I have to admit, after watching the last episode, that I actually liked to show. I watched one episode, gave up, then watched another later one, then we started our love/hate relationship. The main character,
I have at least heard of eight out of the top ten. I have actually watched four of them (The Big Bang Theory, Game of Thrones, NCIS, and X-Files). I am interested in at least three more (Designated Survivor, Bull & Blacklist).
Just like the average joe, I've been observant of television my entire life. The characters, plots, and whereabouts take me on a journey every episode. Alike books, Tv Shows and movies transport me to a new reality. There filled with Superhero, Movie Star, or Australian Wildlife Explorer.
Are television series becoming more popular? The very reason for choosing this topic is indicative of how important T.V. shows have become. Today, the people working on the small screen are no less famous and rich than the stars working in movies. Yes, that same old idiot box, vast wasteland, cheap babysitter has creatively matured and pinned down movies to the mat of popular culture. In spite of being similar, they are different as T.V. series go in much depth, have a lower production cost than movies and also have thought-provoking work which is intrinsically difficult to find in movies. They also provide a more satisfying emotional experience.
How I Met Your Mother, 30 Rock, The Office, and The Big Bang Theory are among the top TV programs from the 2000s. Accordingly, each of the programs listed above have made their own ingenious contributions to modern TV programs. Nevertheless, one of my all-time favorite TV programs is also from the 2000s and has made its own impact on modern tv. The TV show that stands at the top of my list is Scrubs. Because of the brilliant internal monologue of the protagonist, the unique comedic style, and the exceptional music selections, Scrubs is my all-time favorite TV show.
