CQI is an ever changing process in where the clinical needs of patients were being identified, discussed and corrected. This is where the individualized approach is being made, by the whole team, in accordance to the accepted level of laboratory results paired with what they are lacking or excessive. Doing CQI will enable the entire team to provide the highest care the patient needs. This will reduce other complications inside the treatment area which may affect the care being provided to the other patients. CQI develops evidence-based practice guidelines to improve care of ESRD subjects. These guidelines are put into practice through professional education programs. It must be patient centered to improve quality and cost outcomes of care.

This is an assessment about Hickory County, Missouri population. The goal is to assess the effects of disabilities or homeless influences and the health literacy of a population. I choose this County because I have a lot of relative lives in this area, and I have been over this county to visit them so many times. This is a very interesting county for me to do a research on. For an accurate research data, there are several methods have been utilized to obtain assessment data, including media resources, call the county public health department, and run a search of articles from a local newspaper and records.
Our program provides a great foundation in influencing children’s health, which in turn fosters important areas of development, which children need in order to grow healthy and ready to succeed in school. This involves a joint collaboration between the program, families and the community by providing essential services to the children that include a nutritional meal plan, health and related services such as screenings for children and services for children that are ill.

Awareness of what health threats I might be susceptible to, and information I learned in this course about health behavior change has led me to take primary and secondary prevention actions (Straub, 2014, pp. 204). Knowing that I have a predisposition to breast cancer, ovarian cancer, hypertension, and heart problems has motivated me to exercise and improve my physical fitness, and visit the doctor more regularly to stay as healthy as possible and keep myself from getting sick. Today's business environment requires companies to undergo changes almost constantly if they are to remain competitive. Students of organizational change identify areas of change in order to analyze them. A manager trying to implement a change, no matter how small, should expect to encounter some resistance from within the organization.
