The CanGo Company had experienced many obstacles and conflicts during the development of the proposed online gaming services. It is imperative for CanGo to review or to identify any problems that could threaten the company’s future goal. First of all, All team management of the company need to have a clear vision about the company’s long term planning, and analyze very carefully what audience would be targeted for the online gaming services. Also CanGo needs to perform a reliable analysis about their financial status, and making sure that they have the equipment is fully functional and available necessary before they start on new online gaming project. CanGo should also consider that each staff is fully aware about the CanGo’s mission, and this would be a positive way for the company to successfully achieve its goal.

Since my coursework has ended, I have continued to volunteer at an urgent care clinic, while also looking for work. I am hoping to find a job position at one of the many hospitals in Oklahoma City or with a research team at the University of Oklahoma. Depending on financial standing, I may also enroll in one class in the fall semester to stay fresh academically and build upon existing knowledge.

Dad would like for him to continue to make academic progress. Mom would like for him to get more help with reading and math since he continues to struggle in both areas.

As for my internship my job title was a flight following analyst. My goal with the company was to create a dashboard out of the 2014-2015 fiscal year flight data. My typical day would consist of around a 1 hour and 20 minute commute one way. The internship was located at the Tobias Bolanos International Airport. That is where the headquarters, and all the offices were located. However all the flights flew out of the Juan Santamaria International Airport.

This week I read from pages 195-247. Sammy is taken into an examination room to have a chip put in him. When they are putting the chip in sammy he has a flashback to over the summer. He sees cassie spraying the hose trying to make a rainbow. Then sammy is moved to a training camp. He is assigned a squad with other of the kids. The kids range from 5 years old to 16 years old. At this camp they are training them so they can survive on their own. They are each given a nickname that represent them. For example, the 5 year old is called nugget because of his size. Then one of their squad members dies and has to be replaced. He is replaced by a girl who is a very good soldier. They were impressed on how accurate her shot were at the shooting range.

After winning junior tournaments I wanted more and therefore; I challenged myself to the next level. I remember having a chat with my dad, he was giving me a father to son chat about life and what is best to focus on whether academic studies or sport? As he was concerned because I was spending more time playing sports than doing school work. He said life of sport is hard but, I reassured him that everything will be fine. Currently, I am going to school to receive a degree in Business Administration. I have worked for In-N-Out Burger for over three years, and plan to use my degree to move up in the company. As of July 7, 2015, I was hired in the corporate office for In-N-Out Burger to work in their Customer Service Department. This is a promotion for me, as I was working in the restaurant before. I plan to continue moving up in the company, even more so when I have my degree. I want to secure a positon in Human Resources for the company.
