I would like keep option three as a contingency plan as it will cut down the costs to the company. It can also become great medium for our employees to develop amicable relations and cooperation among themselves.
Effective communication is essential in every group project, as ineffective communication frequently leads to poor organization. Delegating tasks and mandating completion dates each fall under overall organization, which can be difficult to control when working in groups. Students often have varying priorities with other courses, family obligations, and as in most cases with non-traditional students – work schedules. All these factors add an element of difficulty in getting everyone on the same page.
Hi, Zack here. I am a member of the management team for our group, Modelty. The first thing our team can do to ensure success before submitting our next draft is get together more frequently. We found a way to execute the first task profiently, but I feel we could go above and beyond with more frqunt meetings.The second thing we could do better as a group is have more fun while working on the plans. Rather then seeing these assinments as chores we could approach the task at hand as if we are partaking in a hobby with friends. If we are having fun whlile completing the task I believe our team will show improvement dramatically. The third thing we could look into is reading off our plans to eachother before submitting. Then we can ensure we are all on the same page.
Two things that could have gone better in our group. We did not have a gatekeeper so members that were quiet and not putting forth effort to the group messages and conversations on their opinions we would just use people's opinions who did speak up and were more vocal. The book states "A gatekeeper encourages less-talkative members to participate and tries to limit long-winded contributions by other members". In 'Ulu Maika long-winded contributions occurred frequently in conversations since others had very little input that they wanted to put in conversations most people just wanted to go with the flow of things longs as they knew we as a group was taking the correct precautions to prepare for the final product. We did not have agendas for each meeting. Some meeting were just put together when it was a time we felt one was needed. The book states "According to research, groups that engage in free-range discussion without an agenda change topics about once a minute". This would occur very little but at times when it did conversations would get so intense with whatever the topic of discussion was that we would trail away from the meeting about our assignment and into our own conversation longer than expected then we would have to restart the whole meeting
Pass out a handout explaining one of the above issues to each group. The issue will be defined on each sheet and the group will create strategies or “food for thought” statements for each issue.

This project has high-quality team cooperation which can provide excellent of work. In the role of a project manager, I have to have a precise set of proficiencies to direct the team. The proficiencies will contain both soft and hard competences. Although the project team member require to give full loyalty to support project accomplishes the objectives.
The video presented for this assignment showed us a group with definite issues. The group is attempting to work on an analysis project to implement something new. We witness the initial meeting and the “group leaders” reaction afterwards. There is not much to go on beyond this information. It is clear though, that the group will fail unless actions are taken to create more effective communication, proper motivation, and constructive conflict management.
Project quality is concerned with two ultimate goals i.e. efficiency of processes employed in the implementation of the project and ensuring the quality of the end-product, So that the product is “fit for use” and covers all the needs of user and its cost effectiveness. PMBOK recommends suggests employing quality planning, assurance and control for quality implementation of the project. In simple terms it is necessary to produce a quality product that the projects are being run with quality. That is why experts of the fields believe that quality of project guarantees the quality of end-product (Windmüller, 2013).
What we learned here is that in order to control the project’s quality, it is helpful to pay attention to each process during the project. Each perfect separate section contributes to the whole success, such as standard process, high standards, and rigid regulations. On the other hand, a third party supervising mechanism will also result in the desirable quality. It is much easier for them to point out the problems, as they are independent. Any critical issues can be identified by them and in this way can the project has a successful result.
