• The individual that is claiming grievances against is to be given time to have them explain their situation in order to determine whether or not to continue with the investigation.

There are four processes that take into account in order to solve these issues:

Not only that, but the employee shall not come into work while under the influence of any sort illegal substances or alcohol while at the job site or being involved in any form of business of the company. However, the employee is allowed to take medication that is over-the-counter or drugs that have been prescribed. If the employee fails to follow any of these procedures, then immediate action will be taken which will result in suspension or termination.
Our company will have the employee take a drug or alcohol test depending on the situations.
• A random drug test will take place if an employee were to be randomly selected by the company.
• If the company suspects that the employee may be under the influence of any alcohol or drugs, then the company may ask the employee to take a drug test. Although, there would have to be proof that the employee has been taking any drugs. One can determine whether or not the employee has been taking drugs based on how unusual they may be acting, working in uncommon way, or even missing out on days or coming in to work late.
• In a situation where there were to be an accident or someone getting injured because of someone possibly being under the influence of any drugs or alcohol then the person is to be asked to take a drug test.
