According to Ferrell, Fraedrich, & Ferrell, the Better Business Bureau (BBB) is best known for its self-regulation that expresses a commitment to” adhere to certain rules that demonstrate best practices and social responsibility” (Ferrell, Fraedrich, & Ferrell, 2015 p. 476). Moreover, BBB “uses its website, newspapers and the media to inform consumers of businesses who have violated these standards” (Ferrell, Fraedrich, & Ferrell, 2015 p. 476). However, recently there have been reports of BBB favoring the businesses over the consumer because the business pay for statistical information from its consumers’ report while charging the consumer a fee to resolve any dispute or complaint against a business. Furthermore, BBB appears to favor the businesses with a membership over the consumer, which it promised to protect.

W.W. Grainger, Inc. is a business-to-business distributor of products used to maintain, repair, and operate facilities across the globe. Institutions worldwide rely on Grainger for products such as safety equipment, janitorial supplies, valves, and various electrical components, along with services such as technical support and inventory management. The city council should vote on affordable housing, but not support Sun Cal, a real estate developer, to provide solely residential housing across the street from Disney land because the organization would not be able to further expand nor would the development complement the resort’s vision (Lawrence & Weber, 2014). Furthermore, the city council should consider working in favor of Disney considering the organization’s successful history with Anaheim. For instance, Disney contributed $545,000,000 of bond funds for neighborhood upgrades, but a majority went to infrastructure improvements, landscape, and transportation (Weinberg, 2007). Disney also occupies five percent of land in Anaheim, while providing fifty percent of the revenue from taxes, to the City; and even creating public services with the police and fire department; thus, creating incredible number of jobs (Weinberg, 2007); hence, Orange County and Anaheim need to recognize the affordable housing issue
