It has the power settle legal disputes among the member states, European institutions individuals and businesses and it also has 27 members. • The European court of auditor is responsible the EU budgeting, thereby making sure that the funds are used properly. It has 27 members who get the value for EU money and they have the power to audit any person or organisation dealing with EU funds. The European Central Bank is in charge of money supply and makes decision on exchange rates. It joins together with the national central banks and the European system of Central Banks to determine the monetary policy of the European Union. It works as an independent body form government and making sure that prices of things are stable. • Council of the European Union is the EU decision making body and it works hand-in-hand with the parliament as a legislature. It exercises the budgetary power together with the parliament and coordinates the broad economic, social policy and as well set out guidelines for the Common foreign and Security policy. It is made of 27 ministers who represent the governments of the individual member states.
